Terrible Customer Service from Linda. Would be ashamed to have her representing my business as first point of contact. Such rude phone manner and the audacity to argue back at customers trying to make appointments. Will be spreading this to my fellow friends and family who go to this clinic. Such a shame Linda.

Receptionist was lovely, however would NEVER recommend Dr Marlise Dowland. Have never met a more condescending or nasty woman.

I go here only because my doctor is fantastic. If he left, so I would I. The entire admin team is an absolute joke. After coming here for over 7 years they have not improved one iota. It's actually not that hard to provide polite, efficient customer service. Considering this is a medical practice, subpar service and administration should not be tolerated.

Always late even if you have an appointment reception staff and doctors are both rude very disappointed with the treatment toward my family will not be going back
