The staff are great and the facility is fine. The problem is actually getting there. It's on the corner of 2 major arterial roads, but the carpark can only be accessed from a backroad, and THAT can only be accessed from one direction, several hundred meters away from the xray place. No signs, no nothing, you're just expected to know. Might be less frustrating in non peak hour traffic, but battling peak hour, it took us half an hour to get to the carpark from the main road.
Went to Logalholm today for a emergency ultrasound and I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff were all so lovely and friendly and the lady who did my scan Simone was incredible. She made me feel safe and calm. Was a very comforting environment to be in during a very stressful time.
We had our first pregnancy scan here. The Sonographer was nice enough but her comments and advice through our scan were unnecessary, she is not qualified to comment on the things she did. I have had many scans knowing she was rushing and was not scanning properly. She filled us with worry and stress. This is an ivf baby we are already anxious now adding to that fuel, is dam right nasty. We will never be returning here.
My visit went really well. Was so grateful that I could have x-rays on day when I actually went to make the appointment. Was attended to quickly, given gown to change into and was treated with kindness and respect during the procedures. Only thing that wasn't wonderful was the actual result when I returned for Dr consult!! Thankyou again.
The staff were extremely friendly, In fact they may have saved my life by making a decision to do an extra scan. Forever grateful for the staff and their quick actions. Thank you
I had the pleasure of attending Q XRay at a Loganholme as I have done on many occasions 1st the girls on the front desk are so very helpful and accomodating to my needs they are the best. 2nd as I had to have the contrast chemical and they do have difficulty finding my vein they book the machine to find it well the ladies who were with me and finding the vein talked and calmed me through the procedure which with a minimum of fuss was successful. The Radiographer was absolutely brilliant again she talked me through it she told me about drinking water after to flush the dye through which no one has ever told me before she listened to my request and did it she was exemplary and I can not thank her enough. My experience at Queensland XRay Loganholme was faultless they are the very best thank you
I visited Queensland X-ray to have a CT scan done. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. I have been a few times and although it can be quite busy the staff do their best to get you seen promptly.
Had a CT scan and Ultra sound done on a Wednesday morning and the receptionist clearly said that results will be in with the doctor Thursday morning. I booked Thursday afternoon and Friday morning and the results weren't even emailed. Very slack and disappointing on their behalf. I had to leave work early on Thursday and arrived late on Friday because of it. Inconvenient! I don't have all the time in the world to keep rescheduling appointments because people are incompetent.
Wrong diagnosis, when GP rang to discuss a sporting injury and the report given has no mention of the actual injury itself, they took a message and phone call never returned, according to them she GP never Called even though I was sitting next to my GP when she called, I called to query only to be spoken to with such disrespect and lack of empathy. Because of wrong diagnosis apparently xray can show a tumour in soft tissue on a sporting injury, even though they missed the massive piece of bone missing out of the top of my finger, 11 days later I am still waiting for it to be fixed, thank god my GP gave me a second referral for another xray to go somewhere else. I will not use them again after that experience. They have been a nightmare Their lack of compassion and understanding that a patient is a patient for a reason usually because they are in a lot of pain is disgusting and heaven forbid you should want to question their findings, it's like your the worst person in the world. Thank you for making this experience the worst it could have been.
Went in early, got served straight away, option to wait for the documents or get it send to your docter in less then 30 minutes! I was still quicker out then my initial appointment time
