It was 3pm on a Sunday afternoon, my 2 year old needed to see a doctor pretty urgently. I tried several other places and had no luck. We walked in here and waited under 5 minutes to see a doctor. The doctor had a good bedside manner and was very efficient. I know the waiting times here can blow out but honestly for the convenience of being able to walk in you would expect to have to wait. I couldn’t fault my experience from the great reception staff to the competent doctors.
Customer satisfaction really depends on the person on the front desk and the doctor or professional we see. Waiting times anywhere are chronic for walk-ins, and lack of continuity of care of course. Today the staff were good, and the doctor actually listened. Hoping for the same next time; fingers crossed.
I seen a really lovely DR this morning, Dr Maher Aljarmakani. He was very polite and listened to my concerns, he didn’t rush the consult and most importantly I felt he cared. This clinic is lovely and clean. It’s bill billed which is great. Due to the nature of bulk billing, it is a sit and wait until your name is called. So you could be waiting a while, which honestly if you’re being bulk billed that’s fine. The receptionist that was on the 7am start she was also really lovely. Please be patient at this clinic. Staff don’t get paid enough to deal with your abuse because you’re inpatient. If you don’t like the waiting period to see a DR, Go to Another clinic which you will be charged $85 onwards. Overall I highly recommend this clinic! Thank you to all staff. You’re doing an amazing job!
Two hour wait to see a “Doctor”. Understandable as it is a walk in clinic and it was a Saturday. What got me though, that after all that waiting time, doctor said they couldn’t help me and sent me on my way. I went in for a routine treatment that every other doctor I’ve ever seen before has done. Won’t ever go there again, and certainly wouldn’t recommend to anyone
I have waited for more than 3 hours to see Dr Barry Turner and it wasn’t many people in front of me. Ridiculous. End up i have to change another doctor. Then Okeke’s computer was f£c’k@d after i have wasted another half hour waited for him. Then, the receptionist put me back to see Barry. Wow… Unbelievable… Waiting and waiting to be called….it is approaching 4 hours waiting time now. End up i left the centre without seeing a doc. More than 4 hours. Please be real guys. What could be the worst experience than this. Wasted my weekend and haven’t eat lunch. I feel more stress after visiting this medical centre. This is not OK. Not sure if the management even see these reviews and do something about it. Horrible experience. A cheap quality medical centre. If i could give 0 star i will choose that one.
This is the WORST medical centre on the entire Southside. Don't go here unless you have a MINIMUM of 3 hours to wait to see the first available. Don't even bother trying to see someone regularly for ongoing health care - they only want the quick bucks loading the waiting room with too many patients. You would have less time to wait going to the hospital ER. Such a horrible experience being put into a panic attack every time because it's run so badly. I'll never come back. There's only one decent Dr there and she's only available one day a week and all the patients ask to see her - not hard to figure out why cause no other drs at this practice care at all except for making $$$ for their conglomerate owners.
This place is absolutely ridiculous. Seen Dr Peer lately for some injections I need from time to time. Was meant to see Dr Katie seeing as she is my regular GP, but she keeps taking time off and haven't been to her in months so, I asked Dr Peer if he could be my regular GP seeing as I have to let a clinic know if I change it and because i saw him when i first started taking my injections and Dr Peer just told me flat out no. He's seriously just rude and it gets even worse, he sends me to the Nurse to get them to give me my injections which is expected but I sit there for an hour! All because he doesn't let the nurse know what I need! I don't come to the doctors to spend my day there. Not in my best interest.
During the last few months I had to wait around 3 hours or more to get in with the doctors. When you are sick that’s not what you need. Very disappointed and frustrated. It’s happened so many times already that I decided I will go to another clinic. If you don’t have enough doctors or this walk in system does not work, you should start taking appointments. Is a total lack of duty of care for the sick patient who waits for hours to get in. I will definitely change the clinic and I will not recommend it to anyone I know.
Arrived 10am to see a specific doctor as requested by that doctor. Reception booked me in. After 45min found out that I was not booked in to see that doctor. The most useless reception and admin that I have ever experienced. Doctors are good but the rest sucks. Waiting 2 hours plus to see a doctor is crazy!
The doctor I saw was incredibly rude, abrupt and spoke over the top of me when I tried to explain why I was visiting the clinic today. The receptionists however were all very kind and were happy to help and apologised for my poor experience with the first doctor. They are 5 stars. Unacceptable service from a GP who's job is to LISTEN to the problem and provide assistance based on the information.
