My Health are one of the worst medical centres I've been to. Sometimes a 3 day wait just to see a doctor. Then you say to them that you have a couple issues you'd like to see them about, they say one at a time, so that you have to come back to see about the other condition. They just want your money. Then you make the appointment give them all the information prior to walking in the door only to wait half hour to an hour just to see a GP.

It is MANDATORY  to wear a face mask into the Clinic. That is included in the  reminder sent by  text message to ALL patients ! Between 1 - 1:30pm on Friday 06 Jan 23 more than a dozen patients were NOT  wearing a face mask ???  Most of those patients were female!! The reception did NOT challenge one of those  12 patients?? If the Clinic is NOT going to enforce the wearing of masks STOP re requesting it!!

They are usually good but not today! I had a telehealth appointment yesterday for a script which I never received, after calling 3 times today I still haven't received my script which i urgently need in the morning!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. We have been waiting 40 minutes for a appointment that will take 10 minutes. The secretary isn’t even here due to him leaving the building and about 4 people who came in after us have line cut. This is not good enough.

I'm a new patient at this clinic and I've so far been to two appointments. One for my 4 month old son's vaccinations and one for myself. Dr Laurie is extremely helpful and caring. Both he and the nurse were fantastic when health checking and vaccinating my son. After moving from a town with limited Dr options, bad experiences and long waiting lists I'm glad I've found a doctor I feel comfortable with and who is readily available to see myself and my family.

Unfortunately had an unexpected medical episode while at this clinic which was quite stressful. Luckily, Dr Ken, Nurse Estera and team were absolutely fantastic with making sure I was okay. Dr Ken came up with a quick diagnosis, and with careful and caring observation from nurse Estera, managed to go home safely. I am extremely grateful and think anybody that attends this practice is very lucky to have their GP care here. Absolute 5 star service and care

Have been attending this centre since we moved to Logan village in 2015. All the doctors are lovely and helpful. Shout out to Dr Chow and Dr Niro who see our kids and Dr Ken who is honestly the most thorough, kind hearted doctor I have ever seen and looks after myself and my husband. The nurse is lovely and so are the receptionist. Always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

I have been seeing Dr Ken for a few years now and found him to be very thorough. I have recently seen Dr Melissa Ford as Dr Ken was booked out. I found Dr Melissa Ford fantastic she was very thorough as well. It’s hard to find good doctors but my experience with both of these doctors has been very good.

Dr Ken at Logan Village has been absolutely amazing with both personal, medical and work related issues I’ve had. The staff on reception ensure I am looked after going the extra mile for me on documentation I needed and ensuring appts are made quickly for me if an urgent need. Highly recommend Dr Ken and the Practices amazing support staff. Thanks to you all

I have been a patient of this practice for 7 years. I am considered a complex patient, having several very rare conditions that are not well known throughout the medical field. My regular Dr, Dr Kanishka Banerjee Dr Ken, has gone above and beyond to get me a diagnosis 3 years ago, and has advocated strenuously through medical specialists to achieve my best care in a difficult area of expertise. Whilst the wait times are often longer than people find acceptable, I believe the reason for this is due to over committing the patients to give the best care possible to every patient who attends. I would rather be late and dealt with properly, than rushed out the door and something vital missed. I credit Dr Ken for me being here today at all, having diagnosed serious autoimmune conditions and an incidental finding of a brain tumour all in a matter of a few months some 3 years ago. Had he not kept searching for answers, I may not be here writing this review. For “human” drs, they do a great job. They are after all, human themselves and can be excused for human faults like the rest of us.
