Had issues with one of the sales person long time ago but she's gone now and since then most of the staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly. They stopped price match other shops in Australia but still price match local shops. Great range of products and plenty of parking.

This store needs attention ASAP! Stock is so limited . Asked for the name tag to be eitched ... broke a year ago ! Can't weigh the dog.., scales also broken.... staff repeatedly ask for new equipment!!! Pet barn is one of the most profitable business' ... the owner is a well known and wealthy vet.... so why can't the business afford these facilities that other pet stores provide??? Interested in feedback from the management please !!!
