Great store with helpful staff. It is always wonderfully clean and well-stocked. They also love my dog and he gets many pats and treats every time we go in.
Thank you for the service and the new puppy care bag! Outstanding service and information from the store but not only that thank you Petbarn with the complimentary puppy care pack. Something I definitely needed and other businesses didnt have any information on puppies.
Always wonderful service at Gladesville Petbarn, Merlin and the staff go above and beyond to help. Merlin always assists loading up the car as well, which assists us oldies. Keep up the good work.

Very handy central location for pet food and toys... the only minor issue is there's no parking area where you can almost drive thru ... gotta park at the back and walk...
I was surprised and completely satisfied with the service from Petbarn, I ordered at 3.55pm and I received my order at my front door at 5.15pm. I needed same day delivery urgently and I got it without any fuss or drama!

Excellent store. The staff are amazing and very friendly. Large variety of high quality items and top tier brands. If you prefer to feed your pets cheap stuff then, Coles is down the road! But if you care about what goes in your furry friend, PAY THE PRICE! They have a great price match policy if you find it cheaper elsewhere. Sell a nice selection of live fish, which is a bonus.
Good range of food. Shop when they have sales. Good value when U can get stuff on discount
Nice and helpful staff with great deals. They did match price and I'm all happy to shop from petbarn again.
