Just wanted to say thankyou to your staff at Petbarn West Ryde. Went in today, and couldn't find the milky doggy-treat I was after for my best friend pictured. A Petbarn customer assistant, Anthony I think that's his name was extremely helpful, as are all the other staff when I've shopped there. Thanks!
We adopted a cat through them. Convenient parking, convenient that you can immediately buy a starter kit for a cat, virtuous employees who told in detail and answered all questions.
Clean store and friendly staff. I was looking for a certain kibble but they were out of stock, but the blue hair lady did help me check other stores but ultimately was out of stock too. The staff were all busy but she took the time to help me out which I appreciated. I ended up buying an alternative kibble and left a satisfied customer.
I have been visiting this store during the past year or so for my two fish tanks at home. I got everything from this store, including the fish and equipments. I would defo recommend this particular petbarn shop as the staff there are very helpful and friendly. They would happily go the extra mile to make sure you get the right product for your needs, and they are passionate and knowledgable about pets, which is the reason why I can have very enjoyable convos every time I visit. I got back today as one of my pumps stopped working, and the store manager happily replaced it for me with a brand new pump. I did not even need to bring in my receipt because once you become a member with them, they will have all your purchase details in their system. Super handy. I would say if you like pets and goodies for them, this store if the place to go. :]
Such a great place to get all your lovely pet needs. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpfull. Everything you want for your extra child is here. You have to be careful as if you look on the website to see if stuff is in stock, you find some stuff is just not on the shelf. You might be disappointed. Sign up for membership as you will get a discount. We get all our cat needs taken care of here.
Many thanks to the groomers on 7th Jan 22 who called with a cancellation for one of my dogs then when I told them I had 2 dogs fit them both in. The dogs look great and are much happier with short hair. Its so difficult to get a grooming appointment anywhere so I appreciate the hard work in having to fit in additional dogs. Thanks.
I ordered “birthday in a box” treats and a birthday cake plush toy for my dog with the same day 2 hour delivery option, not only did my order come in less than an hour, there was a cute happy birthday note with balloons and a cute dog drawing written on the box which was very cute and lovely!!
Very good customer service, polite and helpful staff members. They tested my fish tank's water free of charge and they also have a price match policy which I tested once and worked well. I would suggest that they bring more fish to diversify what they offer. Overal very happy.
Needing a couple of things, for my dog this time been here a bit over the years, these guys have a new customer assistance desk, and the guy there was very helpful with food choices, and questions about which tick and flee chewables were good for my dog's situation. I found he didn't just try to sell me the most expensive products, he listened and made what I thought were good recommendations and I'm price sensitive!. At checkout, another guy offered the discount that wasn't advertised, and I found out they have a taste guarantee on dog food, so if he doesn't like it you can bring it back and swap it for something else!! - think it's within 30 days, but how great is that! 10/10 petbarn!
Service cancellations at last minute and terrible communication and customer service. We had an appointment with the dog groomers here, booked months in advance, they texted the day before to cancel without notice. We called about 20 times no one ever answers the phone. We got in touch with Pet Barn customer service on their web chat, which was the only way we could get through to anyone, they said they would call back. They called back on the wrong number I told them to call my partner not me as I’d be at work unable to answer. They called once, hung up after about 3 rings, no voicemail and yet again when we tried to call back they don’t answer. We were going away a few days later so didn’t have time to find another groomer. We explained the whole situation to Pet Barn customer service but no follow up. If they’re going to cancel they should call, not text and should answer their phones.
