I am a first time pet owner. We took our pet rabbit in today to get her nails trimmed. I had spoken to Jo earlier on the phone and she answered all my questions thoroughly and provided me with lots of helpful tips. On arrival my rabbit and I were welcomed into the store. Jo was amazing! She went above and beyond to help us. I found her to be very pleasant and knowledgeable and obviously enjoyed her work and enjoyed pets of many kinds. She was genuinely interested in hearing about our rabbit and made some great recommendations and gave us lots of great tips. Thank you so much Jo! I would recommend Petbarn for all your pet needs. They have a great selection at good prices and I will definitely be shopping here again.

This is my local pet store and I go here regularly. The staff are always very friendly and on the odd times I need help they're always happy to assist and know what they're talking about. The store is always clean and has a good layout. Attached is a photo of my cat who benefits from the billions of dollars I spend at this store :-

booked with grooming on the 08/07/22. they cancelled this booking without my permission due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’ and promise me priority booking. i wait a month and don’t hear back so i call them to find that their next available appointment is the 27/09/22! i have been a frequent customer of their grooming service but won’t be in the future. abysmal service and apathetic staff.

It is genuinely ridiculous how much dog biscuits cost, but if you have to buy them, this is the cheapest place to go. Just make sure you sign up for their Frequent Feeders program or you will pay full price. The program gets you 15% off.
