Bad service. Charged extra for delivery .Fridge was refurbished and was told had been checked.... They damaged the fridge wheels when delivering .. And fridge also decided not to cool or freeze. Lost food stuff because of that. Rohit was great when selling but to resolve issues... Ran a mile. Spoke to the manager as well who was good however I decided to return fridge. They refunded the money but would not Refund delivery for a dud fridge .....also realised they had charged me more for delivery. Went to Good Guys and received brilliant service from Nash Patel.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Ahmad was no help whatsoever, I have been chasing them for delivery of my item for three days after they failed to notify for delivery last week. I paid for an extra delivery fee and the order is still not going to be delivered on time. They are rude and so hard to get a hold of, don't bother buying from them. I have waisted so much time doing their job for them. Would give 0 stars if google would let me.

Horrible Service it took over 1 hour to pick up a dishwasher when I wanted to walk in and pay for it and put it in the back of my car. It seems The staff do not physically check stock for damage when they recieve and store it. Or when you call to check if somethings in stock. I had to change to a different dishwasher and pay more because of damaged item. The front desk counter staff were speaking in their own language in front of customers this was very rude. The 2nd world website has wrong dimensions of the dishwasher I wanted to buy this made making a decision on product more difficult. Invoice does not even have warranty listed on it.

I've bought three different products from Seconds World Castle HIll and everything has been smooth. You can even pay using ZipMoney in store. I recently purchased an new TV and the service provided by both Shannon and Rohit was great. A note to people who complain about pricing and warranty. Understand that this is a chain of stores with updated pricing on their websites and sometimes even prices dictated by the manufacturer/distributor on certain models, not a mom and pop store who set their own margin on each product. Next, if you are buying in the mid-range pricing for your product, why not shell out 10 - 20% for extended warranty and have the peace of mind? Nobody manufactures entry or mid-range level products like they used to anymore. My dad bought a Sony TV in the 80s which lasted 20 years. A friend of mine just had two TVs break down exactly a week out of warranty. I told him to get extended warranty. Don't blame the reseller, blame the manufacturers and the realities of the electronics industry.

Ordered Fisher and Paykel dishwasher wanted new not damaged was suppose to arrive 6th March when I didn’t hear by Thursday I contacted store spoke with 3 people before being put through to person who sold item to me Rohit He said the supplier must have been out so will get it from another store I would get an sms that night Thursday evening with a 2 hour time for delivery didn’t happen. Had time off work at 9am I rang store they got all information and said he would ring me back he didn’t but let it slip it was coming from Caringbah so I rang them they knew nothing about it! I rang the store again gentleman was very helpful Nathan and rang them and returned the call. He said he had done his best I should get an SMS at 2pm for my delivery time probably between 4pm and 6pm. 2pm no sms I rang Caringbah she said I couldn’t ring the delivery people myself but she is sure it is coming. By 5.20pm I rang Caringbah and demanded I be told if it was picked up. She said she would do her best and ring me back. I rang her at 5.29pm and was told it was picked up and would be delivered before 6pm. I told her I would be getting my money back from Castle Hill if it didn’t. 7.45pm the dishwasher was delivered, seven phone calls and only one person rang me back from all of them. Rohit sold it when I spoke to him Thursday the intention was for it to come from another store it hadn’t been ordered with Caringbah if I hadn’t have rung them myself it would never had come. Had a day off no pay for nothing. Arrived late!!!!! Waited all day. FIRST TIME CUSTOMER NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Back to good guys highly recommend them wasn’t worth the $30 saving. Good Guys have always given great service at the time of purchase and after. 2nds world do not care once you have paid your money. NEVER AGAIN
