Best nike products. I purchased tracksuit, i really loved the quality as well the color of the product. Staff is very good and polite, really liked their service.

Special shoutout to Luke who's customer service was excellent! Helped me make sure I'd be buying the correct size shoe, even though they didn't sell the shoe in the store and he wouldn't get a sale out of it. Very willing staff member!

Mis-selling, Bad Behaviour and worst quality! How worst can it get.  Extremely disappointed with the NIKE STORE CASTLE HILL. They sold me two premium shoes promising best quality and performance with return policy in case any defect comes up. The lady at the store who sold me had sever behaviour issues and lack customer service. Hardly 4-6 months in use both shoes got serious quality issues and are in bad shape. When I went to return/exchange them, the store executives started asking stupid questions with the clear intention of discouraging any return/exchange. Two days later they called up and confirmed they will not return and asked me to run pillar to post for refund or exchange. WORST QUALITY & EVEN WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE……WILL NEVER BUY NIKE IN MY LIFE AGAIN

All buyers, Be very mindful fake positive reviews.  Extremely disappointed  Never buy Nike again

I have purchased an item from there and wanted to return due to change of mind. I called the store and unethical behaviour of store manager who is a lady, such a shame. I wonder they just hired any stupid person as a manager, she does not have sense to to speak to customer at all. While communication she literary mentioned I don't Care and it's not my problem what u purchased. I have been nike customer for 16 years but I guess it's time to not spend single penny on nike brand anymore because the people they hire and how they hire is not good enough, such a huge company and scumbag employees.

Great store, staffs are friendly and a lot of sizes available.

This store is extremely overpriced and almost never has sales. It is much better to purchase online where sales are more frequent or at the factory outlet. There is a good variety of products, especially shoes, but certainly not as extensive as the website. But I do always find many items I like here.  While the staff are friendly, it would be better if they were not so forward. It can be difficult to browse in peace at this store.

Good selection of clothing and shoes. I was considering buying a pair of shoes, but two of your staff were too busy chatting away. I left the store. I will probably get a better deal and service somewhere else online

Nike manager a girl one that works on Sunday slapped a customer because he asked a question because he was trying to get her attention for help than goes to security to try to kick him out an was looking at us while we were shopping with a dirty eye I’ve heard a lot of complaints about this lady Nike get your employees straight
