Kayleen, the salesperson is very patient, friendly and professional in answering your requests. She served us well by measuring my daughter's feet size and gave us a pair of sample socks for trying out the shoes. Will definitely go back again because you feel very welcomed and satisfied with the shopping experience.
The worst customers service I ever received. I was checking shoes there and put all the shoes back on shelf nicely but forgot one angle piece of sandle. There was a mid aged lady came and asked me don't leave the shoe on the floor any rudly and thn she started to mumbling against me to every si gle person in a shop. I found her very rude. I'm not going to recommend anyone abt this shop especially Castlehill tower ranch. You guys need to change your staff and introduce more friendly staff.
Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Visited the shop today and the lady at the counter was not interested and extremely rude!!! Atleast you should know the basic customer service skills. Replying with a smile when someone says thanks is definitely not a big deal.
Bought two pair of tan shoes, second pair half price. Great value. Excellent service by the lady in charge. Was in a hurry and got iin and out of there in 15-20 minutes. No mucking around.
Bought 2 pairs of kids sport shoes with friendly staff's assistance. With the 2nd pair half price offer, my husband bought his shoes as well. Thanks for making our shopping easier and comfortable
Reasonably priced shop with good stock. But finding the right size for the shoe which you like may be a bit of a challenge.
