I came to this store last year to buy something, but walked out in disgust after seeing Wayana picking her nose whilst working at the counter. If staff cannot maintain their own personal hygiene, what can you expect from the items they sell.

Terrible experience. Was on the shop on Sunday afternoon and the 2 Staff on duty has the capacity to belittle customer in terms of manner of speaking and way of answering queries.
I have been working in the Retail Sales Industry for over 20 years and understand how important good customer service is. As a consumer I rarely visit stores due to being very time poor. I am not a very patient shopper and would rather spend my free time doing anything else. Tarocash Castle Hill has been around for many years and every time I visit its a wonderful experience. Today I browsed several stores looking for work shoes and not one sales assistance even bother to approach me. I even checked Kmart and Target, but obviously their range was less than desirable. Finally, I remembered this great little store called Tarocash. The moment I strolled in, I was greeted by a pretty and well presented young lady, who patiently allowed me to try on several different shoe types and sizes that were all on Sale. When I finally, made up my mind on the pair of shoes, I was even more impressed, when she told me they were even cheaper than the sales ticket. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for decent work/leisure attire. The staff are always helpful and the prices are fair to match.
This store had a delightful range of clothes available, and the staff gave great insight on what colours would match what I had already selected. One particular employee, Emma, went above and beyond my expectations in service and made shopping for a formal outfit an ease for even someone as inexperienced as myself.
The girls at Tarocash castle hill are wonderful, very accommodating and will help you with everything you need we fitted all our groomsmen for our upcoming wedding and they were very helpful in arranging everything including arranging all our alterations required
The staff was less into listening and understanding what the customer wanted and more eloquent into what she wanted to say and and to be understood. Should be more directional towards customer satisfaction along with the confidence
Fantastic shop with great selection! I was there Saturday to find 2 suits, the super helpful and charming staff made it so easy for me. Returned Sunday to collect my suits after being altered, and left a very happy customer.
