We went to go get some school shoes for our daughter, as she starts kindy. We were greeted straight away, and the lady looking after us was very helpful, friendly and nice. The experience for us was great, especially for our daughter, as that was the first time she had got shoes fitted to her professionally.
One of the casual workers there, Maria, offered terrible customer service. This girl was incredibly rude to both the customers and her co-workers as she yelling was at both of them over a complication with a sale. Absolutely horrified at the lack of manners, decency and respect this worker had. Will not be returning back this to Mathers store, should train your staff better and watch out who you hire.
We went hear to find shoes as I couldn’t find anything anywhere!! Tiffany served us so patient she went above and beyond suggesting this and that. I ended up with 4 pairs!! Great customer service guys
walked in on a day that wasn't too busy, was looking for help, yet no-one was bothered to look out for customers. too busy talking to each other when I was right in front of them looking for assistance
