Shopped at Lorna Jane Castle Hill on Thursday evening and the staff member I'm sorry I didn't get her name was AMAZING. She was so helpful with sizing for my daughter and such a lovely person. I chatted to her whilst my daughter was trying on clothes and felt like I'd made a new friend by the time I'd left. My daughter was also very pleased to receive a free diary with her purchases.
Danny and her team at Castle Hill are absoloutely amazing. The time they take with each of their customers to help them with their purchases is second to none. They always welcome you with a bright smile and positive attitude, and I always leave the store in the best mood. Cannot recommend or thank the staff enough - they are all amazing. Thank you ladies!

The service was great but will not be buying anything from here ever again as when i got to cashier and handed my cash to her i was told they dont do cash. Cash people is still valuable. Will never buy from lorna jane again
I’ve always shopped online but today I went into the Castle Hill store & was greeted by the most beautiful sales lady. After talking a bit she informed me she was the manager! Seriously she is one of the most beautiful people I’ve ever met! Lorna Jane you have yourself one of the best sales person/manager ever! So lovely to meet you & thank you for being so beautiful!
Belinda was awesome. It went in to Castle Hill store mid morning and the store was constant with customers. She managed customer expectation, was whizzing around to help everyone. Everyone in store was happy to wait as she was so lovely and appreciative. it’s great seeing retailers bouncing back. Well done Belinda.
