Asked sales assistant for a new dress. She went down the back and gave me someone's return it reeked of cheap perfume and had make up on the lining of the dress on the inside as someone had worn it and returned it. Not happy I was given someone's return when I specifically asked for a new dress. It was a huge inconvenience that we went instore and had to go instore again the following day. Do not appreciate how we were treated. Never again.
THE BEST SERVICE EVERRRRRR I give my highest praise to Mel she was an incredibly amazing help , I didn't feel confident but she took her time and worked with me to find a perfect dress to go to a gala event and being pregnant my weight is very up and down and I'm super self conscious but honestly Mel completely made my day and my partners day she was highly helpful, super friendly and made me feel very welcome , thank you so much Mel ill be coming back to show you pictures
I bought a really bad quality shoes and had to ask for refund. The girls were very polite and nice to me and understand my problem really fast. Excelente customer service!!!!! Please work on your shoes quality
Extremely different and weird returns policy on sale items. They only offer store credit which is of no use. Majority of sale items are not in store for us to try and we end up buying online and fall into the trap of store credits and never get money in to our account unlike any other major stores in australia.
I had the worst experience in the shopping ever. I ask to change a size of a dress when my daughter was trying it on. The girl never came back with the two different dress sizes. She let me stay there for ages till i had to ask another worker. They told me she might have went on break and didn’t bother to tell us. Forever new should give a proper training for the staff and treat people with respect.
Friendly staff, always ready to help with getting different sizes. Great selection to choose from!

Terrible service by rude staff. Several weeks ago I spend about $400 there and bought several items. They forgot to take a tag off one of the items. Went in there today to get it removed and was basically accused of stealing. I was embarrassed, and it was suggested that if I did not have my receipt they would keep the item and I was defamed. The way I was treated intimated that I had stolen. I told the girl to look the sale up in her system but she was too lazy too. Lucky I had my receipt. Did I get an apology for her rudeness and for forgetting to take the tag off when I showed the receipt. Heck NO. Then just to be annoying, she read every item on the receipt which further implied that I had stolen. They owe me an apology, should have looked it up on their system and owe me for my time to have to go back there. I will never shop there again.
Received another gorgeous gift from this store. Fitting is perfect and most of all you feel like wearing this dress for the whole day.
Been here alot of times now. Though service is good and store is well stocked, staff don’t make much effort to greet/ welcome. A basic hello is sometimes 15-20mins after you enter the store though you can see staff on the floor doing their routine work.
