Great outlet store with a huge selection of clothes and more from the Cotton On brand family. All items are marked down and there's a few racks of ex display clothing on a further discount. Outlet is scheduled to be open until Q3 2019.

I went to Cotton On Castle Hill towers. I saw a vest on the rack with a sign saying 'on sale from $5.00'. The product code is 2055531-05 - HAVEN VEST-RUSSET BROWN. There were 3 Brown vests whos tags only dispaying a barcode and no price. There were other orange coloured vests with tag on them noting 'marked down to $10.00'. I purchased 1 Brown thinking it is the same price as the orange ones. When I went to pay for the items, the staff didn't say anything about the items which I purchased. On the way out I checked my receipt and wondered why I paid a price of $39.99 for the brown vest. I then went back to the staff and bringing all the vests and showed it to the staff Claudia. Her response was, "it is on full price". I replied not to mix sale and non-sale items on the sale rack and without prices being attached. This is a deceiving strategy and customers are tricked into thinking what they chose are sale items. It is frustrating when you are rushing and this happens and the staff responses aren't great to hear. Staff need to be advised to check the racks regularly and more customer service training is needed.
That's the biggest Cotton On I have ever seen, I love this brand and style, it's always accessible prices for a good quality clothes, nice fabrics, I miss the charity hairbands for $1, their were my favourites for a long time.
They had really good sales. They prices were good and the clothes are stylish.
It's a rather big shop in Castle Hill shopping tower. There is a lot of different kinds of clothes and other dresses products. The shop is very tidy and clean. The price is extremely reasonable and the staff are very friendly as well. I will go again in the future and please don't forget to visit it whenever you have time.
Helpful staff and nice clothes, store is a little dirty though
Worst customer service i think I've encountered at any store. Line up of around 10 customers waiting to get served, two people serving and one girl playing around at the counter ignoring us all & stuffing around with clothes tags. When asked if she could see if anyone could help serve, she flat out said no,there weren't enough of us waiting for anyone else to start serving. She was quite rude and definitely not helpful. Guess you don't need customers!?
FYI Change rooms don't open until 11:30!? Whenever I have previously been here I have never had any issues. Today though I was at the shops early, I was happily browsing the great selection of sale items. I then wanted to try some on, I wandered past the change rooms around 4 times with no one in sight, along with a rack in front of the entry obviously to prevent people walking in. I wandered until I found a girl at the front of the store, I politely asked her if I could try these items on. She told me the change rooms don't open until 11:30am... How bizarre to open a clothing shop at 10am but not have change rooms available until 11:30am? I put the clothes back that I wanted to try on and proceeded to the check out to purchase some shorts I already own in another colour because I knew they would fit. Once at the register there were two girls serving and the line moving quickly. I was to be next but the girl who'd answered my questions earlier finished serving her customer then turned around and started going through clothes on the rack behind her. So I stood there waiting to be served by the other lady there was no one behind me. Very poor customer service, I don't think the clothes would've minded waiting.. I don't even know how you can't open the change rooms until an hour and a half after opening? It was just a super disappointing visit.
Good garments store for everyone as the quality of it's clothes are almost never disappointing and the prices are most of the time in range.
