Wanted to purchase a PJ bottom, only size in a small was on a mannequin in the window. The store would not take the pj from the mannequin for a sale. There was other sizes that they could have replaced on the mannequin. So bye bye sale and one very unhappy customer.

My family and myself buy a lot of product from this company in store and on line … this is the only store I have ever been treated with a warm welcome and helpful service … I run a business and this is how I want my customers treated … well done … ashamed that your Parramatta store or Penrith doesn’t have the same customers service ….

Peter Alexander has become a recognisable brand of Australia. I have purchased items many years ago and recently and the quality of the fabric and stitching have remained consistent. The older items purchased are still looking good after repeated washing. I would recommend this brand especially during sale when the prices are competitive to other brands but this is clearly choice between Peter Alexander's exceptional design and quality.
Why don't you prewash your fabric?! As a tall person, your clothes always shrink after the first wash. More problematic with the pant length - It always shrinks, and it's super annoying!
Staff were very rude, could tell they didn’t want to be there at all.
Peter Alexander products are wonderful but I was very disappointed with Castle Hill Store my elderly mother went to buy some pyjamas and was treated very rudely by the staff member at the time which was very disappointing
I love the whole vibe of the brand! But it is TOTALLY OVERPRICED!!!!!!! I've given in so many times and bought PJs, and been very disappointed with the quality! Especially the t-shirt material type!! They lose their shape, fade and don't wash well! The none stretch pure cotton ones are much better! You pay for the name/prints not for quality
