I would like to express my extreme disappointment in the service received by Megan last Friday at the Chanel counter, situated within the Myer store, Castle Hill. Whilst I was not purchasing a Chanel product, I was attempting to purchase items from the cosmetics department, although this should be inconsequential in this instance. I waited patiently in line for my turn and was greeted with, “What do you need?” There was no eye contact nor pleasantries. I responded that I’d like to buy the items I’d placed on the counter. I was told that I’d have to walk to the other side of the store to do so. I explained that the queues were quite lengthy at the other counters and since I’d already waited in line at this counter, I shouldn’t have to go and wait again. Megan turned her head to look at the waiting customers in the queue, as though I were being untruthful and said, “Doesn’t look too busy to me.” It’s worth noting that if Megan had in fact served me when I’d asked her to, the transaction would have already been completed however, she continued to refuse me service. Assuming the register situated at this counter was a Myer console and not only a Chanel register and given Megan was adept at operating this register as she had just done so, I again asked for my purchase to be completed at this counter. Megan proceeded to roll her eyes at me, as though I were an idiot, ignored my request and walked away, leaving me feeling humiliated and standing at the counter with nobody to serve me. She then proceeded to join a male colleague in conversation, pointing at me and laughing, all the while I was left standing there with the items I wished to purchase. Even if Megan believed she was above serving customers who are not purchasing the products within her concession store, I fail to understand why I was refused service by her. At the very least, if she couldn’t be bothered to serve me, she could have summoned a Myer employee to assist me. Customer service at its very worst and certainly not what I would expect from a store of repute. This young lady should be ashamed of herself and definitely not someone who should be employed in the capacity of customer service.
Outstanding customer service from the Polo Ralph Lauren team and the cashier at the checkout!nnTahnja and Luke from Polo Ralph Lauren were exceptional. While shopping there today, they made me feel truly valued and well cared for. Moreover, Monique at the checkout provided outstanding assistance, ensuring my experience ended on a perfect note.nnGreat team!nnHighly recommend visiting Myer for such impeccable service!
Rude Staff, and more interested in chatting to their non purchasing girlfriends, than serving other customers. Mathers just outside their exit have a 60% off sale and staff are extremely helpful. We spent over $320.00 for shoes valued at $530.00
Myer has an amazing range of quality shopping which is only surpassed by the incredible and very helpful staff.
Great range of brands and sales. Staff not so friendly. I was only able find staff at counter and was told sales was not on the selected product. If you have regatta sale , then specifically say what is not included in regatta. I don’t work there to know.
