I went to the store to buy a father's day gift for my husband over a week ago, I wanted to get the Sauvage refill which only the city store stocks. Regardless I bought another cologne the Georgio Armani one. The staff member Irene in that section was very helpful her service was 10 out 10. I need up buying two gifts . We also looked at women's clothing and another helpful staff member assisted. Wonderful shopping experience. Thank you team.
Bought online, waited for 5 days for my order to be ready for pickup.nnWent to their main cashier desk, waited for 10-12 people ahead of me and turned back to go to children section to pick up the item.nnAnd worst part is, it seems the store has very bad reception which is why my email won’t open. They want to know the order number. Asked them if they could find from my phone number I bough the item online with registered user, they send me promotion email all the time, system knows me, staff said their system is limited and doesn’t allow them to do so. He suggested I must walk outside of the building to get the order number. What a joke in this era of AI.
What an absolute JOKE….shopping with my elderly mother today….she had a little list she is 80 years old…on that list was Revlon, Chanel, Estee Lauder….so we were going there to purchase some high valuable items and purchases including clothing. Absolutely NO/ZERO customer service or staff….beg my pardon…. there were limited staff that just couldn’t be bothered and getting paid to stand around amongst themselves having a little chat.nABSOLUTELY appalling and it’s not the first time.nDISGRACEFUL Myers….nIf you go into Liquidation…won’t be surprised.nA BIG day out for my mother and ZERO sales for you…nHope your other Stores run better than The Towers….

*good browsingn*has some stock available not all, have to check websiten*quiet inside. Not like 15-20 yrs ago , very quiet but still a good experience to go in and have a look what they haven* staff happy and ready to serven* lady that helped was lovely and very helpful on the beauty counters.
