I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Myer Castle Hill. One of the staff, her name is BIBI in the beauty section were not only dismissive but also alarmingly uninformed about their own products and promotions. The sign clearly stated ‘50% off further,’ yet the staff brushed it off, claiming, ‘It’s already reduced from the original price But its not. This is not my fault, I’m just a casual,’ followed by the dismissive remark, ‘It’s just $30 anyway.’nnIf you’re going to work in retail—even as a casual—the bare minimum is understanding the promotions and treating customers with basic respect. Excusing incompetence with ‘I’m just a casual’ isn’t just unprofessional; it’s unacceptable.nnLooking down on customers is a bold choice, especially when you have no idea who they are or how often they shop there. But congratulations—you’ve just lost a loyal one.nnI expected professionalism and competence, but instead, I encountered arrogance and ignorance. Safe to say, I won’t be returning.
I was deeply disappointed at Myer Castle hill make up section today. I wanted to buy a mascara and asked for the help. 1 staff member started helping me. I wanted to buy a Chanel mascara and she didn’t know anything about the product, hygiene and pricing. I found that customer service, the knowledge of the product and professionalism is very poor. How someone who sells exclusive products can be at such low level of expertise? If you go to Mecca it is a total opposite, every staff member knows about each product, hygiene and well presented. Pretty much every question I asked about the mascara at Myer the answer was “I don’t know” and this was at Chanel counter. Staff at Kmart are better educated about their products than at Myer. Myer has to train their staff better, otherwise you will end up closing down the store. Since when Myer became so archaic? Disappointed!
Bought an item online and marked for collection. I live in Rockdale and the only place with stock was Myer from Castle Hill. Went all the way there but unfortunately I got there exactly 5:30 and the lady at the door didn’t give a chance to explain the situation. I just needed to collect my order that was already paid for.nSomething that probably wasn’t going to take 2 minutes. Can you imagine drive like a maniac from Rockdale to Castle Hill? I had to cancel my order because I’m refuse to be treated like that. There’s still people in store the moment I’m writing this review.nNot coming back at all. Prefer to order from Amazon next time.

Rude Staff, and more interested in chatting to their non purchasing girlfriends, than serving other customers. Mathers just outside their exit have a 60% off sale and staff are extremely helpful. We spent over $320.00 for shoes valued at $530.00
