The worst service from any Testra store. Went to Optus 5 Meyers away and they had me sorted in 10 minutes.

Never answer their phone, staff constantly chatting about their weekends or favourite American foods in front of customers. Only one or two staff know how to do things, the others constantly have to ask.

All the negative reviews are spot on! No-one answers the phone and then messages left are unanswered. Finally got through on the second day of trying, only to be lied to. No-one called back within 30-60 minutes as promised. Still waiting 3 hours later. I called one more time before posting this review and left a message for the 5th time!
