Bunnings Castle Hill

It really depends on who is giving you the information and helping you. There is some staff who are more than helpful and I try to find the same people to help me but the biggest problem is on the weekends there is not enough staff to support the public. As for products they are inferior but they know basically there is no where else to go for better quality products. However we spend a mint of money with them like many others some things have been good but a lot not so good.

Excellent customer service. The lady at the paint counter was very helpful to choose the right product for my deck.

This Bunnings seems quite well outfitted. The employees I have worked with are always helpful and friendly, the store is clean and well maintained. This one is larger than other Bunnings I have seen, and as a large store, has a very good selection. It is a good place to go for finding bits and pieces for most home projects on my experience. And, for parents, they have a cafe and a playground. Nicely done, Bunnings!

Easy parking facility. The shop has huge with ample stock for various items. I lIke the coffee shop to have a rest and relax.

Spacious store with lots of parking space. There are more varieties of items sold here compared to some other Bunnings stores so a good option in case you don't find what you want in your local Bunnings. Friendly staff is an additional bonus.
