I’ve always had great experiences at this Bunnings and the staff have consistently been friendly and helpful. However, what I encountered this morning was extremely disappointing and honestly quite shocking.nnI went in before work with only about 30 minutes, planning to quickly pick up some items I had already looked up. I first asked a staff member where to find tile cleaning products and was directed to aisle 55. But when I got there, it clearly wasn’t the right section—anyone familiar with the layout would know that aisles 55 to 77 are quite a distance apart. Since I was in a rush, I decided to quickly ask another staff member for help to locate the product more efficiently.nnI had already found a picture of the item online to make it easier. I approached the only available staff member nearby—a short-haired older lady standing near the lighting section with a younger person. They weren’t actively speaking, just quietly looking at something on the shelf. I politely said I had a quick question, intending to just show her the picture and ask where I could find it.nnBefore I could even finish my sentence, she very rudely waved me off and responded in a cold, dismissive tone: “I don’t have time for you right now.” I was honestly stunned by her attitude. It was completely uncalled for and left me with a very negative impression.
I visited Bunnings Castle Hill and was impressed by the extensive range of home improvement products available. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything from gardening supplies to hardware. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, enhancing the shopping experience. There's plenty of parking and convenient operating hours, although it can get quite busy on weekends, which may slow down service. Overall, Bunnings Castle Hill is a great place for both DIY enthusiasts and professional builders.
I have been attending this Bunnings store since the day it opened.nToday I was very surprised by the attention to customer service provided by the two Joe's at this store. I had an issue with a chain saw attachment on a power tool. I have had the tool some time and though it has been used extensively the chain saw attachment had never been used and unfortunately was faulty.nA replacement attachment was not available and to my surprise the two Joe's went way above and beyond to secure a complete replacement tool for me. I am very grateful for their diligence to customer service. They are now my new best friends.nWhat customer service should always be. Job well done.nRegards Kevin.
I went into Bunnings Castle Hill to get 2 x bathroom fittout. Jay in the bathroom area was fabulous! He helped me choose what I needed and the type that would fit with my existing fittings. He picked and packed into the trolleys for me. I needed 2 trolleys and so he personally took me through the checkout and assisted to pack my car. What I thought was a one man job turned into a 2 man job and he was so extremely helpful. Thanks Jay! I couldn’t have done it without you. You can’t top that customer service.
