I was advised delivery would be within a week at time of purchase so we got everything ready and without telling us there was any delay it was 3 weeks later when we finally got our delivery after lots of calls asking where it was. The after service care is horrible, they didn't take any responsibility and made me feel like it was my fault that the mattress hadn't come when they told me it would. My suggestion would be to purchase from another company with really good after sales reviews as well as good product reviews since after our purchase we felt like we were forgotten before it had even been delivered.

I post the review on recent purchase of bed matress purchased from Snooze Castle Hill April 2017. I would like to acknowledge the sales professionalism of Andrew, whom advised he was the store manager, assisting with the correct selection right for my wife and I. I was concerned that no communication from the store after scheduled EDD had elapsed after 3 weeks and tried to call, with no luck, the phones were down for days, i decided to email instead. After two days I received a call advising our mattress was available for delivery which was scheduled within 3 days on 3hr time slots on most days. I was advised our ordered pillows would need to be collected from store which was disappointing as we paid for delivery. Delivery was scheduled on Friday 28 April 2017, I was provided a call 30 minutes out of arrival time. The delivery took place and the two guys carried new mattress upstairs to our bedroom. I asked if they could assist me to get the old mattress down to my garage, they advised no, OHS we cannot do that, I was puzzled as they just delivered a mattress but could not assist to take one down.I asked what if I was an eg. elder lady, would I required hired help to remove downstairs, the reply was yes. I was furious that a purchase over $4000 and the care factor at point of delivery towards customer service was forgotten, and after this experience of delivery of product, I will not be recommending positive experience or future purchase from this store.

Range a bit underwhelming. Head to a bigger store.
