This Oak furniture is the best one that we can find in Sydney area. Not only the good quality, but also a wonderful customer service. Roy and Eileen, both of them are very friendly and very good in providing help. I brought some furniture, one bed is out of stock, as I was moving house, I definitely need a bed, they helped me by providing a temporary bed until new bed coming, they then swapped bed for me. I will definitely buy from them again in near future.

Purchased a very expensive bedroom set and it was delivered damaged, with completely different wood to what's on the display at the store. When complained at the store, sent home with a phone number for a head office, explaining this is sales floor and they have a lot of customers, rushing off (there was one group looking at a dining table at the time with 2 sales people). The head office does not work until Monday. Spent so much money, waited for delivery only to be brushed off when unhappy. Would not recommend this store! Very unhappy.

I purchased a dining table the salesman told me the table has 7 layers of varnish (also shows in website) and would be fit for purpose. I placed a coffee cup on the table and the varnish melted. The Company told me to use a Tablecloth and offered no compensation. In my view the table is not fit for purpose, I will take this to fair trading
