The People who work in the Bathroom section don't know what they doing. Ordered a bathroom cupboard. Took a while to get it. Told to pickup at warehouse but it wasn't there! Got another call to pick up in Store. This time it was no longer in the store. No apologies! I took my money and will spend it somewhere else. No more Harvey Norman for me!

I bought a Navman GPS online, picked it up from the Castle Hill store and when I got home, realised that a bracket was missing. I took it back 2 days later and the gentleman that assisted me was very apologetic and exchanged it for another unit straight away. He apologised for the inconvenience of me having to come back - but his friendliness and helpfulness made up for all of that. I am sorry I did not get the gentleman's name but thank you for excellent customer service

Very dispointed with their service. After three weeks, still have not heard from them. Bought a new fridge from castle hill store and fully paid for. A big and reputable retail, unthinkable let down badly. Not recommended.

Unable to price match an item even though item requested was not on clearance from another store. Manager stated that they got a note from headoffice that the price was glitched even though it was on sale at both Myer and David Jones boxing day sale. I was able to price match the item from another Harvey Norman store without any issues

The customer service is horrendous. I’ve never felt so disrespected. This was by the second in charge of the computer section, Brad. I would never purchase from them again. A terrible experience.
