Eli at Harvey Norman was absolutely wonderful to deal with! She was so patient and really listened to what we needed, making sure we found the right coffee machine for our home. On top of that, she also guided us in choosing the best robot vacuum mop — something I had been unsure about, but she made it easy and clear.nnHer product knowledge, friendly approach, and genuine care made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.
