I recently purchased a lounge from Harvey Norman Castle Hill and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Cisco helped me find exactly what I needed, answered all my questions, and even gave me helpful tips about how to take care of my lounge.nnThe lounge arrived exactly when promised, and the delivery team was punctual, professional, and careful with the setup. The quality of the furniture is outstanding — comfy, stylish, and just what I was looking for.nnI highly recommend Harvey Norman Castle Hill to anyone looking for beautiful furniture, within budget and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back for future purchases!
We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Harvey Norman Castle Hill thanks to Andrew Dalton, the department manager in small appliances. Andrew was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. He took the time to understand what we needed, offered us a great deal, and handled everything with care and attention to detail. His knowledge and genuine customer service made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We really appreciated how he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Highly recommend seeing Andrew if you’re shopping at Harvey Norman Castle Hill!nAndrew made our experience in a way that we would definitely go back and consider Harvey Norman every time we’re shopping for small appliances. He is truly an asset to the company, and we can’t recommend him highly enough!
Horrible experience at the store - furniture department specifically. It started with the sales person trying to pressure us to buy a couch in 5 mins as he had to go to a physio appointment - is that my problem? We ended up buying a couch later, which according to the text I received was going to be delivered between 8:05 & 11:05am. Come 11:30am & I have not received delivery nor have I been contacted. I contact the warehouse & they give me the driver’s details & tell me to call him. He advises the delivery won’t be until the afternoon. I call the warehouse to complain as I am now missing a full day of work for one delivery. The manager tells me he understands, but does he really as his solution is for me to take delivery between 2 & 5pm. When I told him I wouldn’t shop at Harvey Norman again based on my experience, he said that was fine. Interesting to see the lack of sales desire in the current retail environment. The delivery guys were awesome though, very helpful once they arrived & helped in every way requested.

You guys have been amazing all along selecting, ordering and making our journey of building easy.nnSpecial thanks to Zoe for helping us for ordering, delivering and guiding us. I had an excellent experience with Neda at the Castle Hill Harvey Norman branch. Her customer service was outstanding from the moment I stepped into the store. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right furniture. Even after the sofa was delivered to my home, Neda continued to support me with any questions I had. Her dedication and professionalism truly made a difference. Highly recommended!
