We recently purchased two recliners and from the moment we walked into the store, we felt completely looked after. Eli at Harvey Norman was absolutely wonderful to deal with! She was so patient and really listened to what we needed, making sure we found the right coffee machine for our home. On top of that, she also guided us in choosing the best robot vacuum mop — something I had been unsure about, but she made it easy and clear.nnHer product knowledge, friendly approach, and genuine care made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I truly appreciate the time she spent helping us, and I couldn’t be happier with the choices we made. Eli is such an asset to the team, and I’d highly recommend asking for her if you want great advice and service.

Please do not buy anything from Harvey Norman Online it is totally disappointing and they are acting poorly in customer service. I wanted to buy something online and I wasn’t sure about the specifications so I called the store and then based on the received information I bought the item it got delivered and I realized it was not what I expected and the information was wrong. The same day that I received the item I contacted them the store did not take any responsibility and now after 1 week the online support has not helped me to return the item while they have mentioned that according to the supplier policy I can return the item for 14 days after the purchase. I received the worst customer service and I am still following up with them every day but no progress.I even haven’t opened the item.
