Eli at Harvey Norman was absolutely wonderful to deal with! She was so patient and really listened to what we needed, making sure we found the right coffee machine for our home. On top of that, she also guided us in choosing the best robot vacuum mop — something I had been unsure about, but she made it easy and clear.nnHer product knowledge, friendly approach, and genuine care made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I truly appreciate the time she spent helping us, and I couldn’t be happier with the choices we made. Eli is such an asset to the team, and I’d highly recommend asking for her if you want great advice and service.

Please do not buy anything from Harvey Norman Online it is totally disappointing and they are acting poorly in customer service. I wanted to buy something online and I wasn’t sure about the specifications so I called the store and then based on the received information I bought the item it got delivered and I realized it was not what I expected and the information was wrong. The same day that I received the item I contacted them the store did not take any responsibility and now after 1 week the online support has not helped me to return the item while they have mentioned that according to the supplier policy I can return the item for 14 days after the purchase. I received the worst customer service and I am still following up with them every day but no progress.I even haven’t opened the item.

He took the time to understand my needs, explained the differences between materials, and even suggested solutions that fit both my style and budget.nnWhat stood out most was his patience — I never felt rushed, and he answered all my questions with clear, honest advice. He also walked me through installation timelines, care instructions, and warranty details, which gave me total confidence in my purchase. He gave me details for couple of flooring installation services too to get quotes.nnThanks to his guidance, I found the perfect flooring for my home, and the entire process felt easy and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re visiting the store!
I had a fantastic experience with Christian in the electronics department last weekend. I called Sunday morning to ask if they price match washing machines and he said they beat prices. I had found a fantastic price on an LG washer which included delivery, installation and removal of the old machine. Christian beat the already fantastic price by another $10 and told me they could deliver and install the next day! Which they did!nnThey sent through a text confirming a delivery window and then the driver called when they were 20-30 mins away. The driver was only a young guy, super lovely and helped me lift my dryer out of the way for the new machine. He carefully removed the old machine taking extra care not to spill water or hit the doorways. He set up the new machine, set the first wash and then helped me lift my dryer back on top.nnFantastic service from the entire team, thank you Christian and the lovely driver whose name I didn’t catch. I will be sure to reach out to Harvey Norman for future purchases.
