Like any chain store, you expect a level of familiarity between locations. This store is no exception. If you like Domayne, you will love this store. All the usual basics are covered in a familiar layout. When evaluating stores like this, the rating reflects the quality of staff and the customer experience. Here, my wife and I were impressed. We could be back soon based ion how well we were treated.

I visited Domayne on two occasions first time to browse and see what was on offer. The sales staff were quick to ask me how my day was and if i needed assistance. However when i didnt make up my mind that day i was not treated politely,(hense the minus 1 star) i was not discouraged I returned a month later the sales staff in both bedding and furniture were exceptional. Any question i had was answered and with great passion especially bedding. I purchased an electric bed base and a mattress that suited my needs. I was then helped by furniture to buy a lounge at a great price. Delivery was So Fast and i mean Quick. Was told maybe 2 weeks it wasnt even a week. I am impressed Items were delivered installed and rubbish removed Very quickly. Very professional. Thankyou Domayne. I even received a call from sales to make sure I was happy with sales guy. Would give 4.5 out of 5 thanks

We purchased two king single mattresses six years ago and received great service. This year a leak caused one mattress to go a little mouldy. Bedding manager Mathew went above and beyond when helping us with dupe receipts and quotes to take for a tribunal claim against our solar installer. He then went above and beyond when we went into the store to purchase new mattresses. Friendly, professional and caring. I'll definitely go back.

Extremely Bad experience. Went to purchase a study desk on 3rd November. They said its in stock and took the advance stating they will call us when the desk has arrived from their Penrith warehouse to showroom. No one bothered calling. When called to inquire they said its not in stock and will take a week to arrive. 2 weeks later called again for followup. they said it is in warehouse and will take another week to deliver. When requested cancellation of order they said they can deliver it next day to compensate for the delay and requested full amount. Next day did not heard from anyone. Will not buy ever from this outlet!!

Standing and waited for half an hour to find out if product in stock . Under staffed. No one attend to us. Terrible service. We got sick of waiting so we just walked out without buying anything.
