Love my new chairs. Called into the shop at Castle Hill, was greeted by a lovely man, Kyle who assisted me to find my new outdoor chairs. Kyle ensured I got exactly what I was after, with a great deal, and delivered to my home. Could not recommend Kyle and the Castle Hill store and team enough. Great service and product!
From the point of purchase to delivery the experience with Woodbury Castle Hills was wonderful. They set our expectations on delivery delays that were understandable, but keep in touch with us over the months to keep us informed on progress with delivery timelines. The service in store was what I'd describe as un-pushy and very friendly. I don't normally write reviews, but the team at Castle Hill Woodbury furniture deserve a big thank you and congratulations. Keep doing what you're doing. We will be referring others. Oh, and we absolutely love our new stylish outdoor setting. Its the first one we have ever bought after 26 years of marriage. Very exciting to have a lovely new outdoor setting to enjoy with family and friends.
I wish we'd found Woodbury Furniture sooner! I dragged my poor husband halfway across Sydney for almost a month in search of quality outdoor furniture and we finally found it just as we were about to give up. And boy we're glad we stumbled across Woodbury! The team at Castle Hill were extremely helpful and patient as we shopped with our very wriggly two year old and helped us find the perfect outdoor dining set for our space. We went with the Kai extendable table with six matching chairs in charcoal and we couldn't be happier! The versatility of the piece adjustable from 180 - 240cm, the quality and overall look and feel are superb. And to top it all off, the delivery of the products was next level. The delivery team were no ordinary delivery drivers - they were beyond extraordinary!! Polite, kind, knowledgeable we were given very clear instructions relating to assembly and professional. Very rarely have I had such a good experience with a delivery team thanks guys!. Woodbury Furniture, you've ticked some serious boxes with your products and service. We've been telling our friends and family about our experience, and will continue to do so. Thank you!
I recently had a mahogany bookcase delivered. It is beautiful and looks exactly like the advised picture on the website, but much more dramatic when seen in real life. I am very happy with the product.
Absolutely love the beautiful oak dining taking table we recently purchased from Woodbury at Castle Hill. Excellent, solid quality table. Staff in the store were very helpful, friendly and patient in assisting me in choosing a table. Delivery staff were great - cheerful, tidy, and helpful in assembling and setting the table in place. Extremely happy with the table and service from Woodbury.

Kyle was a great help when deciding on my outdoor table setting. The service from in-store to delivery was outstanding. They say they will call with a delivery window period and they do exactly that. Another very happy customer!
