Ordered table from Rose at Castle Hill store. We matched timber table colour with my windows, and I was assured this is the colour table I would receive. Table came and was an entirely different colour to that in the showroom. It was light, as I wanted and mine is very dark. They have said there are variations in timber and nothing they can do. Awful experience, after a week they will do nothing and I am taking this up with fair trading. I am only ever speaking with overseas call centre's and no one will understand this issue.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE .i bought dining table and console from nick scali and I paid all the money ,5days before delivering they called me that we dont have in stock and you should wait till 20th of jan!!I recommend choosing another store except nick scali.HORRIBLE

Terrible customer service. Tried ringing their store number several times (during business hours) to follow up on our order and it just rings out. I recommend choosing any other Nick Scali store (we only went there because the Chatswood store is now closed).

I bought a very nice dinning table and I'm happy with my purchase. The only problem is about pickup which is in Wetherill Park and needs booking.

Horrible delivery and costumer service. Couch did not arrive after being assured of the delivery date and no prior notice of delivery cancellation. Tough getting through their line and they never call back when they say they will. Delivery was re scheduled and we were told we did not have to pay so as to compensate for the hassle caused. However, delivery guys were arrogant and rude, insisted that we still had to pay, otherwise they're returning the couch back to the truck. They even charged an additional fee for moving the old couch to the adjacent room. We complained yet again and was promised refund for the delivery which we were not supposed to pay. One week passed and we haven't got our refund back. Superb with sales, but they don't care anymore soon as they get hold your money. Never again!
