Bought all my appliances from here. Easy sales process, wide selection of models were there so I could work out what suited me better in terms of layout. Fridge was delivered very professionally. I picked up the washing machine from their warehouse and the warehouse guy helped me load it in to my vehicle.

I ordered a hair clipper with bonus trimmer on their eBay site. I thought it was a good deal for $25 including shipping. The trimmer is faulty first day opening the box. I went to shop 15km away from home and they said it is discontinued item and cannot be repaired. They refused to replace it by another newer version. One staff gave me an option of refund with shipping cost and he left. I wasn’t happy with this option but no choice. When process on the counter, the other staffs refused to refund the shipping and it made me really angry. The argument took nearly half an hour. Avoid dealing with the good guys castle hill if you can. They don’t care customer at all.

If you're trying to look for recommendations, advice or just general help for an item you're looking for - don't go to this store. Everyone I interacted with was extremely unwilling to help, especially this older woman that was at check out. I didn't get her name unfortunately but if I did it would've prompted me to report her behaviour to Good Guys Customer Service as she was appalling. Rude stares, extremely judgemental and impatient (as she showed with her attitude towards her own other employees) and just totally impolite. I'd recommend going to Jbhifi instead at Rouse Hill as they are 100x more attentive to your needs, understanding and most importantly - respectful. Also - don't even try to call this store for help over the phone as they don't answer their phones unless you try to call over 6 times. Trust me, I've tried.

Overall good experience with this store. Staff is good and helpful. Would like to call out Michael for his excellent service and patience while running us through various features of the product. Though would like to mention that the delivery guyz could be a little careful with the deliveries.

Rung Castle Hill store twice to get assistance on product we needed to purchase urgently. Phone rang out on both occassions once the calls were placed to the required department. Sorry took our business elsewhere they were happy to make a $1200 sale.
