I shop at Officeworks Castle Hill regularly and have always found the store to be cleaned, well organised. The staff are usually very friendly and helpful. Today one of the staff helped me quickly find an item that I needed to buy. Prices are generally good noting that they have frequent specials that can be very good price reductions. Overall highly recommended.

I was searching around multiple stores trying to find the iPhone 17 Pro model I wanted, and this store was the only one that had it available with only one left!nnThe staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process so smooth. I really appreciated how much effort and care they put into helping me secure my phone. The customer service was honestly 10/10. Shoutout to Maddy!nnI’m so happy with my purchase and the experience I had. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely recommend this store and shop here again :
This review is about Officeworks as a company overall, not about any specific branch.nnI purchased an Apple laptop from the Officeworks website, but I was later told that the order was unsuccessful. No clear reason was provided, yet the money had already been taken from my account.nnBecause I needed the laptop urgently, I visited Officeworks Castle Hill to ask what was happening. I was told the refund would take around two weeks. After two weeks, the money still had not arrived, so I called Officeworks again. I was then told that the refund had already been processed, but they could not provide me with a transaction reference number and told me to contact PayPal myself.nnI then had to contact PayPal, and PayPal helped me open a dispute. It took another week before I finally got my money back. In the meantime, I had no choice but to buy the laptop from another retailer because I needed it urgently.nnThe whole experience was extremely frustrating. Buying a product should not be this difficult. If an order is unsuccessful, the customer’s money should not be held for nearly a month, especially without a clear explanation or proper refund reference. This caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and inconvenience.nnOverall, I am very disappointed with Officeworks’ online ordering and refund process.
I don’t usually write reviews, but after multiple visits to the print team at Officeworks Castle Hill, I feel like something really needs to be addressed. Every time I go in, I walk out with this heavy, negative energy. Even for the simplest task, you are made to feel like you are a burden and as if needing help is an inconvenience.nnWhat makes it worse is that it is not just my own experience. While I am lining up, I watch them treat other customers the exact same way. The dismissive replies and the lack of warmth are hard to ignore. It genuinely makes me uncomfortable while waiting for my turn because I already know I am about to face the same attitude.nnI always approach them with positive energy hoping it might shift the interaction, and I never say anything in the moment, but honestly it feels awful to leave a place feeling so unwelcome. No customer should feel that way, especially not repeatedly.nnI do not even blame the staff entirely. This type of collective burnout or negativity usually points to poor management, lack of support, or a workplace that has left employees feeling depleted and stressed. Whatever the reason, the outcome is the same. Customers walk away feeling like an inconvenience.nnManagement really needs to look into this. I try to avoid this store when I can, but since it is my closest location, sometimes I have no choice. Each visit ends up being the same disappointing experience.
Waited 1 hour to get 20 black and white A4 pages printed. Their security system for some reason marked my pdf as sensitive so they had to print it for me. Charged me double what it would have cost if it let me do it myself. The guy 'forgot about me' despite me standing directly in front of him.nWould also suggest they offer deodorant for their staff since they refuse to use it themselves.
