I don’t like writing negative reviews, but today’s experience at Officeworks Castle Hill has pushed me to do so. I have been avoiding this particular store because of a previous bad encounter with an older employee named Elaina who works in the printing section. Unfortunately, nothing has changed.nnI lined up for 20 minutes just to ask a simple, one-minute question. As soon as I saw the same staff member at the counter, I felt uneasy — and sadly, my concerns were completely justified. The moment I started asking about making labels something I was genuinely unsure about, she looked straight at me with a frown and a judging expression, as if my questions were ridiculous. Every answer she gave was blunt, dismissive, and dripping with attitude.nnThis is not the first time I’ve experienced this from her, so clearly any feedback or previous reviews have done nothing. I walked out feeling extremely upset and angry that a customer can be made to feel this way just for asking a question. It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated like a nuisance rather than a customer.nnOfficeworks really needs to address this — no one should feel belittled or spoken down to when they’re simply trying to understand something. This experience has definitely put me off EVER returning to this store again.
I went to OfficeWorks first thing Saturday 08.11 morning to get some flyers printed off. Anna, the young woman on the print service desk was polite, courteous and so helpful. She formatted my flyers and printed them off paying attention to detail along the way. I was out of there with my freshly printed flyers in a blink. So impressed with staff who take the time to do a professional job. Thanks Anna!
I was assisted by Nusrat at Officeworks Castle Hill, and she was incredibly patient and kind in helping me understand the services I needed. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy and pleasant. Really appreciate her professionalism and friendly attitude.
The staff were very helpful. I didn't know for printing A0 size, I would have to go 24 hours in advance. I absolutely needed it by tomorrow morning and it was already evening when I went there. They were kind enough to do it for me within 20 minutes. Thanks.
The worst office works I have ever been too. Tonight on 18 September 2025 around 8.10pm I visited Office works , castle hill. Stuffs are so rude. I had to wait for just 2pages of papers. After paying for the printout I had to wait 15mins, still I couldn’t get back with my product. First of all the girl in the check out counter showed so much attitude. After receiving money she pointed other side to go and wait for the product, pointing her “pointing” finger. Her overall body language looked rude, not customer friendly. After waiting 15min for the print out while I asked for my product, the way she looked at me was another level of attitude. The old lady who was handling the printing out, told me that she wasn’t sure how long it will take as she is doing other print out too which was so frustrating. What a hopeless store that took so long time to deliver just 2pages! I couldn’t wait anymore as I was getting late for my doctor appointment
