I shop at Officeworks Castle Hill regularly and have always found the store to be cleaned, well organised. The staff are usually very friendly and helpful. Today one of the staff helped me quickly find an item that I needed to buy. Prices are generally good noting that they have frequent specials that can be very good price reductions. Overall highly recommended.
Worst customer service experience.nnI entered the store about 30 minutes before closing. There were around five staff members at the counter, yet only two appeared to be serving customers while the others were standing around talking.nnI was there simply to print a sticker. I approached two different staff members for assistance. One directed me to the self-service counter and told me to select the paper there. After waiting for my turn, I discovered that there was no sticker/adhesive paper option available at the self-service machine.nnI then approached another staff member, who told me to wait in the queue again and that someone would assist me. We waited for almost 20 minutes, but no one came to help. To make matters worse, another customer told us to move back because she believed she was ahead of us, despite us having been waiting earlier, and the staff did nothing to clarify or assist.nnI understand that it was close to closing time, but customers entering during opening hours should still receive reasonable assistance. Having five staff members present while customers are waiting for help and ultimately having to leave without being served is extremely disappointing.nnBy far the worst experience I have had at an Officeworks store and very poor customer service.
Amazing customer service and such a great experience! I was searching around multiple stores trying to find the iPhone 17 Pro model I wanted, and this store was the only one that had it available with only one left!nnThe staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process so smooth. I really appreciated how much effort and care they put into helping me secure my phone. The customer service was honestly 10/10. Shoutout to Maddy!nnI’m so happy with my purchase and the experience I had. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely recommend this store and shop here again :
Waited 1 hour to get 20 black and white A4 pages printed. Their security system for some reason marked my pdf as sensitive so they had to print it for me. Charged me double what it would have cost if it let me do it myself. The guy 'forgot about me' despite me standing directly in front of him.nWould also suggest they offer deodorant for their staff since they refuse to use it themselves.
I have had a few experiences here where there is an employee I don’t her name who hates her job sooo much .. that when she talks to u , u don’t wanna go back there ever again! Usually I wait for someone else to come so I won’t go to her.. today lucky a girl helped me name Amy ! Guys I am telling u , she is the sweetest, most patience, polite one out of all the staff.. she helped me and my husband so muchhh that I was to hug her !! She is lovely, Thank u Amy
