I won't be surprised if Toys R Us disappear soon! Horrible business with bunch of greedy lazy unprofessional staffs! I went here to look for a toy. I found a large number of toys in broken packaging....and they're still left there for people to buy!!! What the heck? Aren't anyone in that castle hill store paid to do the job??? And you're still wondering why toys there are so expensive!! Close down now! You are a disgrace!

i need to do price match with babyandtoddlertown,marsden park. But one of manager (megan) called competitor and told me product not available but she didn’t put telephone speaker on.i called next to her from my mobile but product was available. so she try to give same price but she forgot to beat by 10 % ,this is company promise. Definitely unprofessional staff and especially don’t trust Megan .

Went to buy a bike today, one of the worst experiences! One last bike was left and no package was available. A guy from the shop told us we can get the bike in package price even though it was assembled as package was not available. When went to pay for the bike, they have a different story to tell, what a joke! Waited for 5 minutes at the counter just so someone can tell the what price we need to pay. We shopped a lot from this shop, but with this experience we are not going back. Not recommended at all, the Manager does not have any idea what's going on and have no sense of customer care. An obsolete disastrous experience.

Despite the large store size they don't stock basic accessories to legally teather baby capsules into cars.
