Went in to look at fitness machines and the guy who came to me was well informed and could answer my questions. They have the elliptical machines set up in a way they are easy to try with clear pricing and a features brochure. Good store.
So the range here is good because it's a big store but what made it a give star was the staff. In our case we were getting a bicycle which we called about, they put it on hold for an hour for us and when we arrived we're very helpful in ensuring it was the best choice, while we went to get the appropriate car to transport it home they prepared the bike, doing checks and inflating the tyres. Overall an excellent experience.
Great place to buy your sporting goods from. Good location if you are going to buy big items as it is easier to load the item to your car compared to other Rebels at shopping centres. Generally this Rebel is bigger than most others in shopping centres
Nice store, plenty of staff to assist with any enquiries you may have. Very few customers during the times I have gone, unlike other similar stores which have an abundance of window shoppers that waste the time of both staff and their fellow customers. Easy to find parking, and easy to access.
Great staff! I bought an item online, selected this store for pick up, somehow automatically switched to another store phone location I guess The staff went out of there way to sort it out even though the other store couldn’t help much. Saved me a trip to a super busy shopping centre at Christmas time. Couldn’t be happier with the way they handled this.
I love rebel! I'm not too sure what the deal is though with the rebel shop at Homemaker center. The place is big enough but does not seem to have a full range of products. If i want to buy my favorite mouth guard for example I need to go to the Castle Towers Rebel store. Other stuff as well is not there I am unsure why.
This particular store is a gem of a place. You have ample parking at anytime of the day and you get great deals Staff is courteous and well informed and doesn't give an attitude aa some other rebel stores do. Had visited it once for click and collect and then kept going back each time and never disappointed

Love Rebel Sport Castle Hill. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Lots of choice and parking is a breeze. Hardest thing is not buying more than needed. Highly recommended.
Good place with all sports needs. And surprisingly this Rebel ex amart has better options than the one at castle towers. Sometimes you do get good deals on running shoes.
