This is a pretty big coles store with some bakery items as well. It has loads or parking and 4 bring to boot parkings as well. The staff is helpful and always there for you.nThe online orders are processed pretty quickly and delivered to boot.nnIt contains mostly all the items u need for your house and day to day works
I was just served by the most amazing young man, named Riley. It isn’t very often that I checkout with a staff member anymore. But this young man was so well spoken, friendly and just a joy to interact with this morning. He really made my day. He should be commended for his customer service and amazing attitude. Kudos to his parents and Coles Norwest management for nurturing such a stand out young man. Good luck with the rest your HSC and your soccer Riley, you’re going to make something of yourself - I can just tell.
7pm on 11 June…. Really don’t understand the logic of closing off all the full converter belt self serve registers, leaving only one full register in service with a queue of 3-4 full trolleys deep. Forcing people to either wait in the queue or try to use the tiny self service registers… Boggles the mind! When I made a comment, the service woman was quite uncaring, stared at me blankly and walked away. Didn’t feel like service at all!! Disappointing,
The last 4 weeks, every packet of raspberries and strawberries I bye on a saturday morning I open in the afternoon and they have mold on them. I'm sick and tied of this. I don't normally go back, but going back tomorrow morning and I'm going to make a formal complaint with the food authorities of nsw, this company does not care at all, it's all about money and how much they rip you off. Enough is enough.nOmbudsman here I come and anyone else who will listen. And I have proof to back me up.
