My recent experience at this Servo station was quite unpleasant. I was charged $90 for station number 8, but I later discovered the service was done at station 6. When I returned to correct the mistake, the staff member raised his voice and insisted I was billed correctly, without offering an apology. The situation was handled poorly and left me dissatisfied with the service and customer care.
OVERCHARGING!nTonight I went to refill my petrol98 and I had the price-lock to 1.90/L. The displayed price was 2.299/L. After I refilled 51.42L, the difference was just 12.85 dollars and the discount should be over 20 dollars. What a rip off!! Everyone, if you have price-lock, please calculate the difference before the payment has been made. Please see the receipt as attached the system is pretty tricky as the receipt doesn’t show you the locked price.
