tdy i went to 7/11 for their free slushy for any purchase and when we got there there was a sign that said cleaning happening and the machine was unavailable and i asked the staff how long it would take and they said 1 hr we went back after 2 hours and the staff said it wasnt working. i thought the business would demonstrate some sort of corporate social responsibility to maintain positive customer relationships and attempt to attract customers and the poor customer service indicates a lack of quality in 7/11's outputs and obviously needs some re developments in its operations process due to the lack in quality.
it's 7/11 day so i went to get a slurpee, i was so excited but when i got there the machine was broken and the employee told us to come back in an hour, we waited 2 hours!! and when we returned the employee did not fix the machine and told us its not working. i was so sad and i thought 7/11 day was about making customers happy and spread happiness but i guess this 7/11 employee did not want to do so. that is very unethical and not demonstrating corporate social responsibility. i am so sad..so i went to maccas instead. :
My recent experience at this Servo station was quite unpleasant. I was charged $90 for station number 8, but I later discovered the service was done at station 6. When I returned to correct the mistake, the staff member raised his voice and insisted I was billed correctly, without offering an apology. The situation was handled poorly and left me dissatisfied with the service and customer care.
Nice servo to get everyday items you need. The adjacent petrol station is almost always being used.
