Horrible customer service with every visit. The young girl is so confused and she doesn’t know what she is doing. I visited on Monday evening it was raining and she forgot to unlock the pump, I was pressing for 4-5 minutes without any success. I had to go inside the store and asked her to unlock the pump. As the weather was cold and raining I got very bad cold. It wasn’t the first time that this experience was repeated hopefully would be the last one.
Very bad service. No customer was there when I walked in the shop. The staff just kept talking over the phone in his language, not even say one single word to me within the next 5 mins. Then other customers came in and he finally started to service other customers but just ignored me. I asked him why not service me and he said he needed to service the customers in the shop first. I am also the customer but just preordered on line. If you don’t want to service the preordered customer, why you put it on line?
Date & Time of Visit: 10:45 AM, 7th AugustnFeedback:nI had a disappointing experience with the staff member on duty during my visit. There was no greeting or acknowledgment upon arrival, and her attitude came across as rude and dismissive. She also appeared unwilling to assist with scanning the app code, which was quite frustrating. After I had paid for the items, she didn’t even ask whether I needed a receipt and walked out of the cabin without any further interaction. This lack of basic customer service was very unprofessional.nnCustomer service is an essential part of any business, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers providing proper training or reevaluating staffing choices to ensure a more respectful and customer-focused environment.
Just went there last night on 28/04/25 at 11 in the night. The indian guy was talking over the phone and showed me some sandwiches which he was offering 2 for 2 dollars. I couldn’t understand at first what he said so I asked him sorry I didn’t get it thus he looked at me like he is pissed off and continued talking over his phone. I left after paying. Such a disgusting experience. I myself is form south Asia but this behaviour from a guy from India left me speechless.
This has to be the hardest 7-Eleven service station to work at in Sydney, I reckon it’s busier than any other in the whole metro area each peak hour morning weekdays, this is the proving ground for a worker there to do 3 months there and you choose where you go after that, or it should be considered, the blokes work damn hard to keep up with the sheer volume of patrons In that time frame! :
