Have been a regular convenience grocery customer in years past. Today need to use Parcel point drop off listed location, apparently. 2nd time I've used. Both times difficult, disinterested & unhelpful responses.nUnable to accept today due to no labels. What can I do? no answer, no advice.nMy experience at the nearby alternative drop point Kennards couldn't have been more completely opposite - easy and pleasant.
Price labels are incorrect and made me spend 13 on a 5 dollar box of cereal
Sold me a pack of chips that was sealed on top with cellophane tape. Luckily noticed before I drove and managed to return and exchange it. When asked how they can see such tampered packs, the staff mentioned that’s how they get it in the box. I don’t believe they’re sourcing from right channels.nI’m guessing they sell near expiry and tampered stuff which are offloaded from other shops.
Not a heavy shopper here but use it about weekly. The staff astound me, they greet as if you are the only customer always with a smile. they have managed to provide all the services that the old newsagency supplied, an ATM, and just the right supplies. Thanks folks
I remember as a 5yo, with Mum, picking up fresh Veg/Bread, from this Shop. This goes back to 1972.nIt Has Not Changed Much in Time to Now.nI Mean, different Owners, But Very Same Values and Pride in Their Customer Service. Love this Shop.
