This Coles is disgusting. I bought a soup from the refrigerated section, only to find that when I got home, the use by date on the soup expired days before I purchased it. I complained to the Cole’s online team, only to receive an email that I could get my money back if I took it to a store with the receipt. I already spend $11 back and forth on the bus to buy it, and now I have to spend the same to return a $5.50 soup?nI’d lose more returning it. More than that, I could have got sick if I ate it. They did not take me seriously at my complaint, even though I had given them photos of the product and receipt and barcode number also, as was needed by their extensive online form. The least they could offer would be a reasonable store credit to cover my losses and experience. Maybe I’ll get the soup out of my bin, get sick from it, see my doctor, and sue them for negligence. Their customer care team is a ridiculous joke, and I’ll be taking this further.
I would like to pass a positive feedback regarding Lachlan. He was helpful and answered my kuestions. He knew exactly the place were the item that I was looking for was. He was polite and approachable. His whole attitude towards the customer was amazing.
This Coles always doesn't have enough stock especially when it's on sale. Very limited shopping options.Team members are very rude, wouldn't shop there normally,.fruits and vegies are not fresh.
ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS! WILL NEVER USE THEIR CLICK & COLLECT AGAIN! MISSING ITEM IN ORDER BUT THERE ON THE SHELF WHEN HUSBAND WENT BACK IN TO THE STORE. WILL NEVER DO A COLES ORDER AGAIN WILL ONLY DO WOOLWORTHS.
Hubby went to buy a 4 pack of Monster drinks as priced with 30% off $6.40 … when he went to check out it came up as over $9 so he told the assistant but she said $6.40 wasn’t the right price. He went back in the store to check and showed her the photo proving 3 racks of the drinks clearly marked as disc to $6.40 … on very close reading it does say Coca Cola …but there was no explanation, no apology, no offer to let him pay that price - she just laughed! Needless to say we went elsewhere :
