My experience with the staff, particularly Yuanhong, was exceptional. He catered for all my needs and served me well. What a fine young lad!

The staff are definitely rude, their refund and exchange policy is terrible. They wouldnt even refund or exchange an item I brought less then 10 minutes prior. I didn’t receive a receipt so I asked if I could get a duplicate copy which clearly was a hassle to them. She insisted I was causing trouble and that she was doing me a favour by even looking to do a duplicate receipt. Terrible terrible service on top of that she told me to go ahead and lodge a complaint because she didn’t care. Which clearly states that the owners doesn’t care about the customers and won’t be doing anything about their customer service skills. I actually think she was annoyed because she was busy texting on her phone when I asked her about a product I wanted to purchase. Clearly I interrupted her. Steer clear from this wetherill Park red dollar store. Even if you retain your receipt, it says red dollar westfields chatswood. So who knows, they might tell you to go there.

Anything small you need, they have it all...be it crafts birthday presents toys home decors and the list goes on. Gald such shops are around for a bargain price.

I have never been here in my life, i am just here to tell you if you want to find the store bring some food with you coz it looks very boring and do not bring your pet bull DO NOT BRING UR PET BULL i had to learn the hard way. I was later kicked out and sent to hospital with a bull horn mark

Best shop ever, has everything for parties no matter what the party is. Cheapest balloons in Sydney. A must go to for any accasion

Worst customer service! The staff are so disrespectful and rude. Not only did they refuse to refund an item in brand new condition the very next day but also reprimanded my daughter for touching a key ring! I am never shopping there again. Stay away from Red Dollar. They have no respect for their customers. this is in reference to the Wetherill Park store

Ok to buy knick knacks here. No returns. Buy at Kmart, target instead of u can get similar item there as they can take returns and have more variety.

Best '$2' store I've found. Such a variety, and most of it's reasonable quality. Outstanding choice and quality of art/craft material, too

Always good value,huge range of products,but I only buy what I need,not just here but in all store's I go to.
