This review is for the store manager who is unprofessional and not privy to return policy majority store operate including rivers. When returning product she will make you feel bad and make it hard. She also threatens/intimidate customer that this is last time and i won't do it again in front of other customer and staff which is disgusting. There are other good Rivers shops in Sydney so try visiting them. I stopped going here and certainly won't recommend to anyone.

Staffs were nice and helpful but hard to find products you are after specially sale items.

Thank you to Laren who helped us with a return today and exchange for another size. He was very obliging and helpful. I thought the store was well stocked with a good range.

Not near as good as Bowral or Penrith Rivers, pricing vague and unclear, been in 3 times, hasn't improved. Good stock variety just their ticket pricing stops me from shopping there, rather spend 2 1/2 hr round trip to Bowral than shop at 7 Hills store.

Tiffaney Rankilor of Seven Hills branch gave me the most caring service which is unusual for young people these days. She did not rush me, gave me alternative sizes and fittings and suggested alternatives. Whoever trained her did a very good job. I will certainly recommend shopping at this branch of Rivers.

Worst service I have ever experienced. 1 girl there should be fired ASAP as she had no customer care idea what do ever. 8 people waiting to be served and she decided to open boxes. Manager needs to look into this as its not good enough

Rivers. Get your act together. Website says open today. Travelled a considerable distance to find it CLOSED!.. BETTER COMMUNICATION REQUIRED. YOU HAVE LOST ME.
