Poor customer service in store, couple of examples - I asked the store person if they have Ramen noodles and he said there wasn't even without attempting to look. I found it strange that the shop doesn't have a popular noodle and was able to find it in the shelves. When I told him it was there, instead of being apologetic he said 'oh i don't know' - the price for the goods at the till is higher than on the shelves. Again, I asked the person why this was the case and asked him to offer the price advertised. He said the labels were not updated and refused to even check if there was a price mismatch. I don't know if it is because the person is lazy or doesn't care about customers. They have a shop that is well located with no competition, else they wouldn't last long.
Bought a pack of seaweed which was completely stale. For a small purchase i did not ask for a receipt. They would not even let me exchange the item when it was clearly the same item on display. I did not want a refund, i just wanted to exchange it for another pack and they would not budge. Really left a lasting impression for this store which I will not be returning to. Atrocious customer service.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Worst customer service ever!! You will get served by green hair girl cashier who is grumpy, bad attitude and unfriendly. Agreed with Micheal comment, wish I could put negative star. Feel sorry for business owner who don't have eyes and hires bad staffs like that!!
Good selection of Asian groceries, snacks and treats. Have always had a good experience here, staff are helpful as can be as there is a slight language barrier with some staff. Haven't had any refund issues as stated below so can't attest to that personally.
Caters mostly for a Chinese clientele. Prices are reasonable . Shop is convenient location . Saves a long drive to other suburbs.
Poor customer service. They charge extra if you don't pay cash. It's a scam! Do not go to this store!!!
Terrible terrible Shop, Please please stay away with this shop. They misplace the price tag and I bought the product in incorrect price. They refuse to refund the money even though I just bought it 1 min ago.
Their Asian veges are usually in much better condition than Coles and Woolworths and very much cheaper
I wish I could put negative star. DO NOT shop at this shop, avoid it like a plague.
Very expensive comparing with asian store in castle hills. Some of them almost double price.

The girl who serves in the Baulkham Hills supermarket Wendy is totally rude and obnoxious. I went in there on the 15th May 2019 to find some prawn chips and she was would not even tell me where to find them, luckily a boy came out from the back and he was extremely courteous. I told him about Wendy's rudeness and he just shrugged his shoulders. This is not the first Occassion that this has happened to me.
