I took this photo late at night on 29/7, the best before date on this lamb is the 29/7, and as seen in the photo, it’s actually green on top. So disgusting. This was one of many meat products there past their best before date.nI went back 2 days after and saw many various meat products all out of date in the meat section, including various chicken products. Not sure how this place is allowed to continue selling products past their use by date.
BBQ chicken at dinner time?nForget about it.n6:30pm and the display is shiny and clean. Staff still in the deli. Same thing every time. Are you even trying, Woolworths?
I used Direct to Boots and the service was very disappointing. I booked the 7–8pm slot, but the order was delayed, it let me know it’s ready at around 7:40, I arrived at 8:15pm and waited until about 8:40pm for the delivery, only to find the cart nearly empty. Out of the 22 items I ordered, only a few were there, and many were completely wrong. And they left cart there without checking with me. I have to push the cart back to in store and check with stuff on the missing items. I won’t online shop for this store anymore.
Why are the chocolate Easter rabbits hidden in the far back on corner less than a week out from Easter? There were three surveillance cameras pointing at shoppers wishing to even look at them. Why are they both overpriced and over-surveilled, when the whole idea of price inflation is to allegedly compensate for consumer theft? They were so expensive yet somehow on special if you pay attention to their “savings” price stickers, when in reality they cost more than ever. There were cameras absolutely everywhere, perhaps just to simulate Black Mirror. An incredibly uncomfortable shopping experience and probably not even restricted to this store. Your company must’ve forgotten the consumer value of Easter by placing the more expensive variety such as Lindt boxes in the chocolate section to give off the impression of being an Easter range, while the real Easter chocolates were hidden well out of sight.
I want to give zero stars, or even minus stars were such a thing possible.nWoolies sucks and we all know it.nAnyway, never enough staff on checkouts, ever. Woolworths, one of the wealthiest companies in Australia cant afford to pay 2 more people to do checkouts, chaaiiiir broh!
