Hey I've bought my first mountain bike here in like 15years? I haven't been riding for awhile. I've got my ATX here and the staff were approachable. I've come here to purchase my apparel and pedals. Customer service is in my experience, GREAT. I haven't had any issues and I have no problems recommending friends here for bikes, apparel and equipment which lots of local bike shops don't have stock of. Most of all the staff are honest and won't try to rip you off like some bike shops do to make sales.

What can I say ? Good old fashioned customer service is alive and well.. They have a great range of bikes to choose from as well as a huge range of accessories. 
Apart from being super competitive, these people know their product inside out and know exactly what they are doing - Very helpful and genuinely friendly indeed - They are not there 'doing a job' - they love what they do..Absolute pleasure to deal with and recommend them without hesitation

Great customer service from knowledgeable staff such as Russell.  You get good advice as well as good bikes and accessories. We bought Giant bikes. They provide free first bike service. Their flat tyre service is also efficient. Friendly and helpful.

Could have better stock from more brands.
But still a good shop.

Couldn't get my new tyre on my bike, broke a tyre iron in the process. Without purchasing anything they seated the tyre and got me on the road, no charge. I've been back since and purchased a few things. Great experience!
