This 4 stars is dedicated ONLY to lovely Sara. Thanks for your great assistance and lovely manners in assisting me today. Those boys in the shop needs to learn lots from you.
Prior this experienced - my review at 8.20am - Mentality of lazy young men. Yep understand your shop still closed at 8.10am but if 4 of you inside and talking and you saw someone being shown to your shop by other business. Nice courtesy was to asked if the customer needs help urgently or not but instead run inside cos your clock not start till 9am. No wonder retail are dead in Australia cos customer are no existence in this country!.

Phil at Castle Hill store was extremely helpful and not at all "pushy".  He answered our questions and went right through what the bike's special functions were.  Even helped load the bike on to my ute, giving us some packing materials.  Would highly recommend.

This is a great shop! This the shop where I bought my dual suspension bike. I do ask a fair few questions to be quite honest, however these guys really know their stuff! I'm happy with customer service here. I would recommend anyone looking to get their bikes serviced or purchases to get it HERE. I've also had my fathers bike and family friends bike purchased here. Their payment options allows you to purchase bikes that really catch your eye the moment you walk into the shop. It's great to have bikes you can get off the shelf on the day tuned and adjusted to you.

Nice shop. Went into to upgrade my daughter's bike. The staff are helpful and not overselling things. My daughter is enjoying her new Mangoose
