Unparalleled service. I had my 2019 Trek DS2 serviced first service in its bike life shamefully here today by Joe. He was amazingly professional and courteous from the get-go, taking the time to run through the condition of the bike to make sure I booked the right service tier for it and listened to my concerns about the derailleurs. His explanations exemplified his detailed knowledge and trustworthiness it's very refreshing to deal with a human and not a salesman trying to upsell you on everything. During the service he contacted me to advise of the progress and some issues which he discovered not too surprising as this bike was in the elements for some time. He even sent detailed photos of the issues discovered, work carried out and the of the bike once finished. Finally upon collecting my bike Joe ran through all the work he did and gave me some handy tips about future maintenance. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would 110% recommend this place and Joe to anyone looking to service or purchase a bike. Cheers!
Have not rode my bike in ages they helped me fix it up. A guy named Tom helped me out, he had so much knowledge and made many suggestions to help me. Was overall a very good experience. Nice to know they care about the customers
Phenomenal customer service. I was served by Oscar, Darryl and Connor over two visits. I only went in to get some information about possibly getting a bike later on in the year. They were extremely knowledgeable, and asked questions about what we actually needed, instead of just trying to sell something. So I decided to get a bike. Then my partner got a bike. The next day I returned with my daughter to get a bike as she has long out grown hers. Keep up the good work.
Disappointed with the customer service. Went to store with intention to purchase bike. When we arrived, we saw two staff serving customers already and we were happy to wait. Stood around looking at bikes for about 15 minutes and was still waiting and no one have approached us. Saw people coming into store and getting service at desk in between. So we decided to wait in line as well. When got to us, was told by one of the staff that they are still serving another customer, but will come to us once done. We had no issues with that, happy to wait. At least by this time we knew we have been acknowledged and that assistant was required. Another customer who came in after us by this time was being serviced first and was heading down to pay and we were still left waiting. We waited for over 30 minutes and still gotten no help. Will not be returning nor recommending this store.
Dropped my bike in for its first service, Tom was amazing went over and above, he is extremely thorough when it comes to bikes bike whisperer adjusted the bike and sorted out all the minor teething issues. The team make you feel comfortable and always happy to assist and welcome you back. Highly recommend will always give you guy’s my business.
Bought our sons bicycle from here a while back. Had break and other issues, got served by Connor at the store today. It was fantastic. You can tell they are passionate about bikes and take care of their customers. Thank you Connor and 99 bikes team at North Parramatta!
Fantastic experience. The retail staff were great, however the 2 guys in the workshop went further and beyond. A happy customer that will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place
The team really helped out when trying to find an obscure part for a child bike seat. They eventually found one in another state and the part was ready for pick up the next day. All other times I've been the team are very genuine and knowledgeable
Always receive great service and best prices. Picked up a bell recently after a long hiatus and still received great service by great staff. Keep up the good work Idriss!
Excellent service . Staff are friendly ,knowledgeable and incredibly helpful . I had my mountain bike serviced by Tom , he went to great lengths to ensure my well used bike was back at its best ! Super happy.
