Amazing service! Took the bike to put a new bell and stand, the gentleman served me promptly. Explained a few things to me about the bike and even patiently showed my son how to remove the wheel to easily transport in the car. To top it off, he came outside to help load the bike into the car. Highly recommend, very honest, helpful and friendly staff!
My bike was badly damaged and I thought I probably had to buy a new one. I took it in just to check if it’d be worthwhile to get it repaired and I was pleasantly surprised by their really reasonable quote and friendly service. While I was waiting I could see how thoroughly they fixed and checked all the parts of my bike. They even gave me some free parts! Thank you again! I’m really excited to find such a great bike shop close to home. Highly recommended!
Just got back from visiting this great shop. We had a small break issue with my daughter's bike and my son's scooter. Trent and his team fixed the break issue and gave us honest advice about the scooter - which is greatly appreciated. Blackman Bicycles is a one stop stop for all the bike needs especially if you are a young family looking to get into it - highly recommended shop. To top it off, Trent is a legend.
Took my sons bike in. They tightened the handlebars. Fixed a cable and they set up his new combination lock. Great price!! Very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend if you have any issues with your bike.
Have been here several times for different bike issues and have always been greeted as soon as I walked in the door even if he is busy helping another customer or on the phone. Today was an issue with my sons pedal. He took his time to look at it, replaced the part and showed me the damage and said the part was on him! We didn't pay anything! Was chatting the whole time and was just genuinely great service. Won't use anyone else! Thank you!
A credible team that gives over and above service, going the extra mile. Nothing is too difficult for them - even when helping me I saw another team member assist someone with a wheelchair. A-team on the track, A-team shop local. Big thanks guys!
Kind people are rare to find but they do exist at Blackman Bicycles Blacktown. I'm talking about Trent and Cor. I was after a spare part and they dropped what they were doing to find what I needed. They didn't charge me a cent ! Free ! Buy your bikes or get them fixed here. They're not after your money. They're just happy to be of service to all !
Went in here to get some spare parts for my cycle. Since it was very small and very cheap and they didnt sell it, they gave it free of charge. Very friendly and helpful staff. They also advised me what to do next.
Would not take our bikes anywhere else. So friendly and helpful. They do repairs on the spot if possible. Got my sons bike fixed in 5 minutes.
Great experience! Took my son's bike to fix a minor break issue and the gentleman fixed it in no time. Highly recommend
