I've used this Kwik Kopy several times over the last year or so. My recent job was printed on the wrong stock, and I'm a professional designer with stock samples on hand to compare.

I politely requested the job be reprinted at their expense (due to the error), and was met with rude, argumentative customer service. There was no attempt to resolve the matter or even meet me halfway and was told they would 'reprint at your expense'. The owner saw fit to simply say 'OK, it's resolved then' when I told him I would be reprinting elsewhere.

Not only is it disappointing to receive such poor service, it just doesn't make business sense to ruin relationships with people who can clearly advocate for the business to a raft of clientele. 

For low-cost quick digital printing and good customer service I'll be using Officeworks from now on.
