Above and beyond service. Truly a phenomenal experience, I had the pleasure of being served by Joshua who honestly just made my entire process super easy. Transparent and patient when I had so many needs and questions. Have found a store I will go out of my way to return to time and time again as long as Joshua is still employed there. It appears i'm on the right path that's made easier with these awesome new shoes.

Shout out to Simone who helped us find the right shoes for my kids feet, very patient and kind. We highly recommend this shop for the right shoes fit of good quality.

Staff was amazing and very accommodating to my tribe of kids . Got something for everyone even with a minor mix up staff were more than happy to try and make up for the issue.

Wow. Just... wow, insane customer service. I didn't buy anything only because they did not have them stocked, but at the very least I know what to look for online. Chefs kiss.

I went into this store today  to exchange a pair of Brooks which I purchased without a fitting for a more comfortable pair of runners and am so glad that I did. The customer service was nothing short of brilliant and I’m so happy with the fitting advice I received from Joshua, who took his time explaining how my feet require additional support and recommended a pair of very comfortable ASICS. Thank you Joshua!

Ive been shopping at this store for many years. This morning i was served by Jacoub. Such a pleasant knowledgeable young man. He was friendly. Helpful. And was patient with my son. Above and beyond.  This young man is an asset your company. I would hope to see him there all the time. I hope the owner or manager read this and honestly recognize him. Simone was also very helpful too.

Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend.
