Happy with this purchase from Kmart. The bottle is sturdy and is easy to clean. The designs are so cute as well. Although the store needs a bit of tidying up, they’ve got products that are worth my money.
The most horrible and dirty Kmart I've ever been to. The customer service is so bad. We were browsing through some new items, and the rack was overflowing with clothes, when this employee comes to us, and in an aroggant voice says to come from the longer way, ' as you touching the rack will drop the clothes' in her exact words. Then we told her to talk properly to customers, and she goes,'Are you talking properly?' When she was yelling at us so loudly people were watching. Another woman said that that's their attitude nowadays. Stupid behaviour by her, she was a maroon head, with a black apron over blue jeans and plimsolls, with thick glasses. But the rest of the staff were active, and it looks like the management is changing, I hope for the good.
Kmart Bankstown’s customer service is an absolute joke. I tried calling 12 TIMES to check if an item that was listed as “in stock” was actually available on the floor—not a single person picked up! I tried every single department, thinking maybe one of them would bother answering, but nope—just pure silence.nnWhat is the point of having a phone if NO ONE answers it? Are they just sitting there ringing endlessly for decoration? This isn’t the first time either. I’ve gone into the store before to find that items are still sitting in crates or haven’t been stocked yet, so I thought I’d save myself the trouble and call ahead. Clearly, that was a waste of time because Kmart staff seem incapable of answering a simple phone call.nnIf you’re going to advertise customer service, maybe actually provide it? Absolutely disgusting experience. Kmart, do better.
I enjoy coming for a browse but every single time I feel disappointed and disgusted to see that no matter what time I come it looks as it does. It’s never tidy, never organised, things are always all over the floor. There is enough staff to make sure it is always cleaned up and trolleys are OUT OF THE WAY! Rather your employees chat away, stand infront of you and discuss their weekends. The employees always look angry, don’t smile, aren’t welcoming, if you ask them for assistance their body language and their faces always indicate you’re bothering them or they hate their job or are bringing personal problems to work… Kmart staff is probably the worst handful of staff you could come across in one place. Even at the checkouts they’re so incredibly rude… it’s almost as if people need to go to uni or to tafe to do a course to learn customer service skills. It is appalling. I’m sorry/ not sorry. If I didn’t have this experience every single time I come I wouldn’t be putting it in my review. Employees who are assigned to a section on the floor shouldn’t be allowed to leave to go to home unless they have taken care of their area. Kmart that is up to you! This is where we spend our money. I don’t want to buy things that have been kicked around on the floor, torn, covered in dust or anything if the sort. Absolutely disgustingnnHere’s an update with new pics…. Still the same crap…. How disgusting is this! Clothes that you’re going to buy all over the dirty ass floor! Coat hangers and clips on the floor where people walk!! HAZARD!!! Workers are around….. they’re just not doing their job
hopeless. showing for 20 items in stock, which is the reason why i came there in the first place. and no one answered the phone when i tried to check before coming in. i waited 25 minutes in the customer service checkout line because i couldn’t find a single other person working there, only to have my time wasted because they said “there’s no location for it so i don’t know”. if you’re gonna waste people’s time and not expect them to be upset, at least be useful. it was no wonder every single customer there was unhappy.
