Came to pick up a click and collect. Waited in line for 20 mins. Lady at service counter was extremely rude to the customers before me. Moved so so slowly as if she didn't care that she had a massive line. When it was my turn, didnt even greet me. Scanned my phone and walked away for 5 minutes. Came back and told me to move to the side. She continued to serve others while I waited another 10 with no idea what was happening. Manager named Luke if i recall correctly Came and explained what had happened to my order. He was very pleasant and helpful. He had refunded me my order because unfortunately no one had actually packed it and placed it on the shelf. Fortunately he was able to find 1 of 2 items i purchased. Walked out, the same boy who was standing at the door had the most sour look on his face. He clearly hates his job. I dont come here often and this is the reason why. Everyone besides Luke needs to get the sack and maybe find another job that doesn't have to deal with customers.
Terrible service. Click and collect is like a circus. Will not recommend buying click and collect at Bankstown store. No organisation at this store. Give it a miss. You wait over 40 minutes a line. Then you have a long wait again at counter for them to walk away and bring the wrong product to you. Then its a proccess to finally get a refund. It would take nearly 1 hr in a line wasted. To find out. They never had your product in first place. Please re-train management and staff. This store is useless. No structure. Never again. I have never seen service as bad as is. The line behind me I truelly felt for.
Staff are fine. But whoever does the sales/etc. Please for the love of god, whoever thought a PET BED is an alternative to a PET PLAY PEN. Needs a talking to.nnI purchased a pet play pen, needed it urgently via click and collect. They said it was available and ready to be picked up, only to be handed a damn PET BED as an alternative. Thankfully the staff at customer service were super nice, but whoever thought that the alternative was acceptable. Please get your eyes checked.nnAnd yes they refunded me , but im disappointed! Thanking the customer service staff for being kind.
Very busy in customer service line but service was efficient. Loses one star as the stock in store can often be quite messy. PS call the kmart number to check product stock before buying because sometimes website says it is available when it is not, refund was processed though
I requested assistance from Mariam G and she provided the most helpful and proactive service I have ever experienced at Kmart. Her customer care was outstanding and she truly deserves recognition and posso a raise!.nThank you again, Mariam G
