Worst kmart i have ever seen in my life!! It was an absolute disgrace. There was mess all over the floor, stock missing/ broken on shelves. There were girls in kmart uniforms standing around chatting who denied help. Mabey train your staff less on doing their makeup and bitching about their love life and more on customer service. Will not ever return again. How disappointing.

I might be bias but i love this place. Maybe i used to live in Bankstown. I found that this store has a wide range of products and i always found what i need.

Shop at own pace, atmosphere is very nice, stock is always available however items are not always placed correctly and price tags are missing most of the times, on the bright side they are cheap. My favourite is that they’re open until 12am

Yesterday I were looking for coloured paper at the store. I saw a group of staff at the stationary aisle chatting so I asked for their assistance to look for the coloured paper. I have a Singaporean accent but I don't think it is so bad that one cannot understand. These girls mocked me as they tell me where to look for the paper and started laughing as they left separately. I feel very humilated as a customer, extremely bad customer service and attitude.
