Despite being very busy now during the Christmas holidays the team was really helpful and friendly. The manager was a lovely lady who went above and beyond to help me find my items. Great customer service and will definitely come again.

Worst store to shop, had a terrible customer service. They put wrong price signage just to attract customers and when you get to the counter to pay the price is totally different. Worst thing worst instead of admitting it the staff will start argument and will ask you to leave. Will never go there ever. Just jeans is a big name but customer service is getting worst.

The manager has to be a terrible salesperson. She was trying to sell things i didn't need despite telling her i don't want so many items. Stay away

I love the Just jeans branded jeans, they last so long and are comfortable. The assistant Susan at Bankstown is very helpful and works hard to assist all customers. I commend her on her customer service. Thank you.
