Came in on Wednesday and needed a dress urgently for tonight, was served by the Manager Zeina. She was so helpful and friendly from the minute I walked into the store, will definitely be back she was amazing!

I have shopped in many Sheike stores but Bankstown is my favourite by far. The customer service is amazing. Zeina and Hannah are the friendliest girls and super attentive and helpful

I just want to talk about the manager at Bankstown, her name is Zein’s. there is not one time I have gone into the store where she hasn’t helped me with everything I need. Honestly she is super helpful and so caring. Always there for everything I need. I even see how she is with other customers always running around helping everyone. I love going into the Bankstown store because I know she is in there.

Hannah is a gem!! She is so beautiful she is helpful and caring. She will actually have a conversation with you and make u feel welcome. I love service like this. I really recommend her for all enquires at sheike bankstown.

Zeina was extremely helpful as we selected a dress from this store. She was lovely to deal with, and had time to assist us with returns as well.

The lady working was so rude and had the audacity to body shame me over my size choice. Picked out a size 14 dress which was initially slightly big for me and asked her for a smaller size. She came back to check up on me and I told her the smaller size fit a lot better then she said "you're definitely a size 14 though" in a condescending way. I felt so humiliated and disrespected that she had the courage to body shame me

I am a regular customer at sheike bankstown, wether it is a casual outting or formal event their fashion and style is beautiful. There is a sales assistant named Zeina who always is so welcoming and professional in her service. She always goes beyond helping me find the perfect outfits and dresses. She makes me feel so comfortable and beautiful. Will Only go and see Zeina at the bankstown store

I was in the store today and overheard the store lady body shaming a young customer and telling her she was a bigger size than she is in a very arrogant and condescending tone. I felt so uncomfortable with the lack of professionalism and respect shown by the store lady. This is not okay

I came into the store and the staff were absolutely horrible. When I was trying on the clothing staff were whispering and looking directly at me this made me feel extremely uncomfortable also when I went to purchase my goods the lady was rude and abrupt and loudly asked what size I was buying I found this to be inappropriate.

Avesta is a friendly...approachable polite & beautiful inside & out!!!
