I was surprised when city chic was closed down at the Orange grove rd, Warwick farm centre. I ordered jeans and required to do a return and staff at Bankstown city chic was helpful and directed me in what I had to do since I purchased online mans wasn’t familiar with the return policy.
I love city chic but I went to the Bankstown store only to discover it shut with the lights on in the middle of the day with no explanation. I’d understand if there was a note and it’s hard due to all the restrictions but this is just poor management.
I love city chic but i wish the stores would have more in them. Online shopping is great but I want to try before I buy.
I love City Chic, but I honestly miss the designs from 10 years ago too, wish they brought it all back.
