On Saturday 11 March 2017 i was passing the shop and saw a couple of cardigans i wanted to buy, i wasn't able to go inside the store and and pay at the cash register as i had a double pram with my 2 babies inside so i called out to the cashier and asked her if i can pay at the door as i have the exact change, she replied with a disgusting attitude saying you need to pay at the cash register, i explained to her i wasn't able to go inside the store because i have a double pram with 2 small children in it and the pram won't fit inside, she nodded so i assumed she was going to come after she finishes with the customer, after half an hour i was still waiting at the door she then turns around and said you need to pay at the cash register, i explained again i have a double pram and wasn't able to leave my kids outside the store to pay, i asked her if she can just come and take my money she turned around with the most disgusting attitude and told me in a very rude and blunt voice that this is the register if you want to purchase these 2 items. I was so appalled at the way i was treated so i left and i will never return to that shop again.
Poor services. On 03/01/2019 , I bought a skirt and a tshirt form here whose original price was 35.$ each . It was on 10.$ discount each .. I paid 50.$ for it and today I went there to exchange the just the skirt which I have paid 25. $ . I got a dress of 19. $. Instead of geting 6$ from them I have to pay 4$ more as they were showing the 20$ discount of the bills which was discount of 2 dress not only skirt. I tried to make them understand but they were repeatly saying the same thing .. I dont think they know how to deal with the sale and exchange of the dress.. very poor ..
SES should teach these employees how to talk to customer with some polite, nice words and good mannerI met a girl today at Bankstown SES named Sara just does not know how to talk to peopleSo funny, working in a customer service role but does not know how to talk to people
Only problem here is that anyone who has a pram or wheelchair would not be able to enter as aisles are very narrow...
