Such a lovely team here, all are so helpful and friendly : thank you! The shopping mall however needs to do something about the temperature inside the store. It is super hot in here especially for clients trying on clothes… not to mention the staff that have to endure this
Walked into the store to find an outfit for an upcoming occasion and asked the lady working there where their forever new curve section was and her response to that was “oh it wasn’t popular here it didn’t do well so they took it away”. I was shocked to hear that from her. I said take a look around and have a look at all the different sized women who are here to buy clothes or try them on and you’re telling me it wasn’t popular?. I said the only thing that won’t be popular is your store reputation after I’m done with my review on it!. She then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to try their curve section, Miranda store and Liverpool had them. I told her I wasn’t going to drive 50 minutes to Miranda to find clothes that fit me, she then replied to me saying that she’ll tell her manager about my complaint. While we were there standing another woman asked her the same question as I did about the curve section and she proceeded to say that it wasn’t popular there and they took it away. The other lady too was shocked and walked away disappointed. DO BETTER !!!! with your sizing ranges ! Stop discriminating against women who are not in the 8-16 size ranges. Im utterly disgusted.
Last night I visited the shop to buy something for my work conference and the staff member over there were absolutely Amazing . What a flawless service I have got from those two beautiful ladies. I felt so comfortable talking to them that I shared one my biggest joy with them. I would love to Thank you guys again for choosing my outfit and to became such a memorable part throughout this journey.
Ive personally only shopped here for bags, which were great and fairly cheap. My nieces always shop for clothes and they always look amazing! Great style for teenagers to 25 years but they have items that are of course timeless and for all ages!
Very good customer service. I bought a biker jacket and somehow it left black stain on other clothes and even on my skin whenever I wore it. I sent them my complaint via email and was responded quickly that I could bring the jacket to the store where I purchased it to get a full refund.
store os organised & looks so beautiful .. the ladies there staff are so nice & really helpful .. the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the shortage of some sizes specially 12 & 14 which are popular as well, but many times I go there ready to buy & couldn't find my size!!!
